Stopped working after 1 month. Blue light spins and Amazon can’t stop it or explain why.

Music is breaking up constantly not sure if it's poorly made or if I just have a defective one.

The worst echo product ever. I fell in love with the older models. Why not upgrade? Biggest mistake of my life..

Returned it. Would not connect to WiFi. Tech support non existent on Amazon’s behalf.

Blue light will flash but Alexa won't respond. Usually takes about 5-6 tries until she responds.

I dont know why people give it low reviews. I absolutly love it. Extremely easy to set up paired to other devises instantly . The sound of the speakers is totally awsome it will rock the whole house. I also had three echo dots but gave two away since getting this, i didnt pair both because i use one when its near me that dosent wake everyone in the house up. Have had no problems with the alexa 4 hearing me and the updated abillities is so much better than the dots. So buy this ignore the bad reviews u wont regret it.

Enjoyed listening to holiday music while decorating and baking. Connected with the light bulb that came with it. Great when we come home or get up at night! Learning more about what we can do every day!

Much better sound from the full size Echo. Also adds smart home hub functions which I don't use as I have a smart things hub but the added option is nice.

Sound is great. Have not had problems with Alex hearing what I say. Like the new design. Am still getting use to the light on the bottom of the unit.

I love this speaker.I have used google minis for awhile. I picked up a dot 3 last summer and was really disappointed.I thought it was pretty glitchy, but maybe the sound was slightly better than the mini nests? I was not planning to get the dot 4, but I was really interested in the echo 4 when I realized I could connect it to my fire tv for sound. It works really nicely! I agree with others that it doesn't always respond on the first try,but the sound! And I also love the hub and temperature.Of course I will want another one to stereo pair!

Amazon Echo is great, we bought this for the sole reason of comparing it to Siri as the brain of our rather large smart home. We ultimately went with the Apple product but not because it lacking, we were already deep in the eco system. The 4th Gen Amazon Echo produces amazing sound and Alexa is four times the personal assistant than other leading brands. Our daughter now uses this speaker for her dorm room, we would not hesitate to buy this product agian.
