If you’re in the Amazon ecosystem and use Alexa, it’s a great little device. Sound quality is solid. If you don’t use Alexa products, you’re probably not even looking at this.

I love the premium sound, it’s definitely better than the smaller echo dot. The only issue I’ve encountered is that occasionally the sound becomes muffled and the only fix to correct it that I’m aware of, is to simply unplug it for a few seconds and plug back in. Minus 1 star for the inconvenience, the non matching cord color, and the size of the adapter.

This is something I absolutely had no idea that I needed. It has been phenomenal for me so far. I’m already considering buying the Verizon with the clock on it. I would highly recommend this product!

Very big sound upgrade from my old echo 1st generation.

I have two of them, one in my living room and one in my garage. I love them both… I listen to my Sirius XM radio on them…

its actually pretty coo ive never had one before so i bought one for my mom as well and she loves it...actually does what u tell it to do and does it quick with no lags

These Echo devices are really nice, sound great and are a great complement to any home. However, I much prefer the cylindrical bodies of the previous generations. The circular form factor just takes up too much space on an end table. If it weren't for that one issue it would get 5 stars so if that's not important to you, consider this a 5 star review.

alexa always great value for listening sound and messing around with lighting

We had one of the original Alexa models and she was beginning to fail so we bought our new Alexa. Very pleased.

I am very pleased with my purchase. It was easy to connect to my various music streaming services and alarm system, and it has a great sound!

I got my echo, was unsure if I sure get this one or goggle, but I’m good and happy with mine, I play music, and listen to anything I ask, nice to have an assistant

This is really a great value on prime day and whenever it goes on sale. I wouldn't pay full price. Great quality and sound out of the full size unit. IMO alexa is superior to google.

The sound quality of this is so much better than the earlier generations of Echo devices. I have one in almost every room now.

The price dropped to $59 from $99. The drop in price persuaded me. Nonetheless, it works better than expected. Alexa performs without a flaw. The sound performs we also.

great sound quality - as good as the external speaker you can buy

This version of the alexa has great audio and is really loud. Sometimes it is hard for alexa to hear me call, but that is probably because of the acoustics of my room. Overall, great speaker.

This was the first experience for my entire family. We really like just asking Alexa to play music and answering questions.
