The only issue I’ve encountered is that occasionally the sound becomes muffled and the only fix to correct it that I’m aware of, is to simply unplug it for a few seconds and plug back in. Minus 1 star for the inconvenience, the non matching cord color, and the size of the adapter.

Great Product, but...

However, I much prefer the cylindrical bodies of the previous generations. The circular form factor just takes up too much space on an end table. If it weren't for that one issue it would get 5 stars so if that's not important to you, consider this a 5 star review.

The Alexa function importante for him is meh so I don't have much to say about that feature.

I wouldn't pay full price. Great quality and sound out of the full size unit. IMO alexa is superior to google.
