    Love the Echo, however the only reason for the 4 stars is the fact my older cylinder-shaped echo picks up sound far better. Sometimes no matter what the settings these require me to speak a second time to wake it up.

    Great product and not sure why we waited so long to start using the Echo system. Really enjoying having it connect to myRing doorbell so it can announce the arrival of guests or deliveries.

    I love this! You can play family games and send notices from your phone. It's funny when you send a sound from your phone and freak them out! Great buy If you're afraid of cameras.

    The young people supposedly there to help you are merely sales people wanting to make a sale. As far as knowledge of any product they are not educated to answer the basic questions. As a senior who is not a technical guru, I would appreciate more help in this area. The geek squad is too expensive for a person on limited income. That's enough for now.

    Decided to try Alexa again before I moved to Homekit for everything. There is still the annoying issue where an Amazon commercial will set off Alexa. While there are a lot of great apps and products there are some that either don’t work at all or they are flaky
