    I have 3 echos about the house and I really don't see where this one is much better than the last. I do not like the message light on the bottom and sometimes do not see it at all. Also don't like the field of hearing, too limited

    Not much of an improvement from last gen. Voice control can be frustrating as this model does not seem to hear as well so repeating yourself makes talking to a hunk of plastic that much more odd when your now irritated and forced to raise your voice. Not worth upgrading for.

    Alexa doesn't quite understand my commands or questions. She doesn't respond in a timely matter. This generations of Alexa is frustrating. Last Generation of Alexa is awesome....at least she listens well.
