The unit does the job, and more, Voice assistant, amazon music, apple music, spotify, SiriusXM and phone calls. I like it!

Decent, Studio still No.1

Extra $100 is worth it.

It has great sound and Alexa ha been very helpful to me. I can get the weather and I have her play sleep sounds. I have been sleeping so good with the sounds. She was easy to setup. She has good speaker quality. I haven't hooked any smart devices up yet for personal reasons, but that is next on my list of things to do.

Great Amazon Alexa Speaker

We have purchased quite a few Alexa’s over the years and this one has by far the best sound quality and base. We have also purchased a battery base than connects directly and charges the alwxa all the time but allows us to move them outside (or anywhere without a power cable) for at least 5hrs of music streaming time.
