I just love this Echo. My husband brought it for me. The kids use it more than me. I have to go looking for my Echo.

Excellent sound quality, Easy setup and looks nice.

It was easy to set up and the sound is great. I would have given it 5 stars, but connecting smart plugs to have it control was difficult for me.

It is very useful, it helps me in my daily tasks, it helps me remembering all my pending and organizing my time very useful and recommended

I bought a pair of Echo speakers for use a a bedroom stereo. Set up was easy and straightforward. Alexa works well for me, both voice control and app. Sound from the speakers is surprisingly good, but, out of the box, very bass heavy. This is easily corrected. Good Soundstage for such small speakers.

I upgraded from the first echo and 3rd generation dot. I love the new 5th generation! I really like the colored ring being on the bottom so I can see the color from across the room. The sound quality is AMAZING! I use my echos everyday and they work seamlessly with all my smart devices.I got mine on a Black Friday sale.

Really big upgrade from my Echo Dot. The speaker and smart home compatibility are great!! My only complaint & the reason that I didn’t give five stars is that sometimes you need to raise your voice for Alexa to respond. With that said, I would definitely recommend to a friend.

Great sound especially with lots of base. Love it.

I love Alexa. It’s great but this device is not like the old ones. It has great sound quality with amazing bass. My problem is the microphone. I have it a small bedroom and it has such trouble hearing me. Without any music playing I find myself having to say “Alexa” more than three times and then it listens. It’s great and all, but I feel like the microphones are worse than last gen.

It is great. Didn't think at first i would like it. It has a lot of features that allow me to do all kinds of stuff. I would recommend it in a heart beat.

This is my first Echo product and I love it! Turns on my lights when i walk in the room, plays music using Amazon music, links up to my firestick...its sound is actually better than my beats pill! Love this echo 4th gen

Good sound by itself. I also use it to control to control Sonos speakers in my condominium. Brought back life to my Sonos system which did not have Alexa functions built in. Got it on sale which frequently happens with Echo devices.

Easy to set up. Works great! Price competitive with Amazon. Plus, I have the GEEK SQUAD for help if i need it! Can't go wrong at Best Buy!!!

Replaced a Gen 1 Echo that I’ve had since the Echo beta days. It’s got good sound and an integrated Zigbee hub which is why I replaced my still functional Gen 1. Don’t really care for the new “ball” design. Also don’t like the light ring on the bottom of the unit as it’s harder to see from various viewing angles if the Echo has heard the wake word. If it’s your first Echo it’ll work just fine and be an excellent intro to the product line. If you already have an Echo and you don’t need the hub, I’m not sure it’s worth the upgrade.

Pretty Nice Device. Sound is great, easy set up and lots of features. Unfortunately after ordering a new item I received an Echo Premium that was a preowned item or an open box item as it had personalized lists and paired Bluetooth items already set up. It was paired to an Echo Show 5 also which I do not have. I like the item and would have given 5 stars if I received a NEW Echo.

Needed an extra echo, primarily to play music in the room in which we dance. Lot less expensive than other alternatives and has good sound quality for our purposes.

This is, by far, one of the best Alexa devices that Amazon has come out with in the past year. The sound is amazing, much better than the Echo Plus, and the price point is excellent. I would strongly recommend that you purchase this over the more expensive Echo products, as it certainly is an excellent choice.

Works great!!! I can control everything! No longer is it neccessary to turn things on by hand.

Love this thing! It allows me to turn on and off my lights from across the room while in bed which is worth that in itself. It also provides good sound quality. I actually purchased 2 of these and and then paired so it fills the whole room. Definitely a good purchase.

.I am enjoying my echo i attached it to my smart TV and I am so comfortable. Thank to best buy for giving us the opportunity to be able to choose from a variety of appliances I also enjoy my theater system sounds so good. I'll recommend every one to shop at at best for quality and value for your money.
