They call it premium sound but it is not. Other than that it works as expected and no issues so far.

Selected this one over the model with the clock because it was bigger and had more power for the location I chose. Works great for music and my daily jokes request.

The sound is pretty good, but not amazing. I have 2 stereo paired and it sounds well rounded, but definitely not a lot of base. The microphones can be hit or miss, but hear me most of the time on the first try. The built in ZigBee hub and temperature sensor are nice bonuses.

A definite improvement. The original I have is great but the new version is a big step up. It hears you no matter the volume and the sound itself is excellent..

Our family loves having this Echo in the living room - Helps keep timers and plays music for everyone. Easy to set up and operate. The app is easy to use as well.

I upgraded from the origial Echo after purchasing units for other rooms that had better sound quality for music. Not disappointed with the premium sound on this.

Pro: Nice home speaker, fills up the room with good sound. Got it on sale for $70 Con: White cord looks ugly, what happened to black cord from the previous model?

This will be the second Echo I've purchased. I have 5 echo dots which i like, but the Dot has nothing on the sound you get from this big brother.

This Alexa speaker is great. Louder sound than the previous Alexa and more features. Still holds up perfectly fine till this day with no problems. Thanks Best Buy!

Works perfect with Alexa and my Google nest thermostat. Always does a great job with my Ring doorbell camera and Ring security system. Quality sound and bass for its size.

still learning all the features but so far so good! My purpose was for music and it def delivers . I bought a total of 6 and paired them up. Now I can get music throughout my condo and it sounds dope af. I’d recommend 100% and I’d buy it again

This is to replace an 5 year old Echo that started to fail. We were able to move the old Echo to a lesser need area. This unit is the hub of our 3 Echo.

This device is just what I wanted. Now I have quality sound (music, news, talk shows) while I'm in my studio painting. I couldn't be more pleased to have it.

The Echo (4th Gen) hifi speaker sounds great. You get premium sound at an affordable price.
