It looks good and was easy to set up. However, the reviews that mention the difficulty it has "hearing" are correct. I sit about two feet from it and I have to repeat the wake work several times. And this is with no ambient sound in the room. I have to turn off or pause my TV when I need to speak to the Echo. A bit disappointing for a newer model. I feel like I should have stayed with the older model.
