This for integrates well will my Firestick. The downside as if late is the fact that when an Amazon commercial comes on TV, the Echo starts responding to what is happening on the TV.

It works great as an alarm clock,adding things to my calendar,sings great, answers various questions and always comes up with something that happened on that day in whatever year when I tell it good morning

I have chronic insomnia so I need to take a prescribed medication, I ask Alexa to play my starred Spotify and to set sleep timer for 60 min...I drift off to sleep while listening to my favorite tunes.

I was so tired of the radio at work losing signal everytime I would walk past it, so I decided to see what the hype was about with Alexa. I wish I would have found her sooner. I think she is my new best friend!

We have so much fun with the games, music and such. The kids love getting jokes. I play Jeopardy and get my sports updates. The wife likes the way she can ask for music. I'm very happy with this purchase.

This product is excellent for things like weather information shopping lists playing music and most importantly telling jokes...Also got some good recipes off of it...Would definitely make a great gift..

I now have 4 of these dots in my house. They are wonderful, kids use it for basic help with some homework things, wife uses it for shopping list, and I use it to control smart devices throughout my home.

Great addition to the Echo line up. Perfect for if you don't need music (although it will play through its small speaker) but need voice control for lights etc or just asking questions.

Good addition to my other to Alexis. Good start to my home automation.

I purchased this product to see what Alexa had to offer. Being an Amazon prime member, I was pleasantly surprised. The voice commands are much better than competitors. I've attached the Eco Dot to an old Bose speaker and it works great! For the price, its a great product to purchase and play with it.

Bought the Echo Dot for a bedroom. Works great! Already have an Amazon Echo in the living room and another one in the basement. Highly recommend the Echo Dot for smaller rooms, such as a bedroom or office.

I haven't set it up yet because I have reservations about privacy. However, the product is part of the Amazon family. I'm sure that it will work just fine if I decide to install it.

Already an Echo fan, so a couple dots around the house is a good investment versus yelling loudly. Product does what it says, but has a very quiet speaker. Buy a wired auxiliary speaker to get the most out of any Dot you plan on using for any audio apps. Not mad at you Dot, just need to hear you better.

Love being able to hear music from any floor in my house or being able to turn on a light or shutting off a light when my hands are full!!

I already have one echo and I bought this for my bedroom that I can manage my lights .. it does the job but sound quality is little weak if I compare w other devices such as portable small speakers.. other than that it works and connects to your devices very well.. don't buy this to listen music ..

I was not sure in my purchase but at the sale price and feedback from a few friends I decided "why not". My Amazon Alexa item is infortative, up to the minute temperature and time. Also I lot of fun.

I got this for my brother-in-law for Christmas. He is fairly tech savy and we thought he might find it neat. The deal around christmas for $30 seemed pretty reasonable. I've seen him use it a couple times. I think he likes the function to dim the lights with the special light bulbs the best.

Speaker is not good. I have it linked to an external speaker to help with that. Mics hear very well, better than Google Home. I like the routines for controlling smart home products. Mostly I use it for SiriusXM streaming in the house.

Sorry to Alexa as we returned her as we are going to wait a while before jumping in. We really thought our young grandchildren would like her but after using her for a week decided we needed more reason than that. Easy to set up and worked fine.

Alexa works good with my smart home turning on TV's too shutting off lights in my house. She even REMOTE STARTS my Hyundai Genesis! sometimes she may be buggy with multiple alexas but she does the job well.
