I love my echo. It answers me everytime I ask a question. It gives great answers. I recommend the product to anyone. You can ask it anything. It's handy when your phone is not in the same room as you.

We added a dot for each of the bedrooms to go along with our Echo in the living room. Great to be able to "drop in" on the kids instead of yelling from downstairs when we need them to come down.

Love being able to turn music, lights, and alarms on and off without touching anything. Great in the kitchen when your hands are dirty or after you've climbed into bed and don't want to get back up.

I've been pleasantly surprised with the Echo dot. It looks great on my table, I use it to control all the Hue lights in my house mainly. It's also great for quick questions about the weather and such.

Great product. Very customizable. You can add skills and my favorite is Philips Hue. You can control your philips hue lights using voice commands. You could also control harmony hub connected devices.

Huge difference from 1st gen... faster and easier to connect right out of the box - recognized our WiFi and rapidly connected to start streaming our favorite music or asking questions...

I control my Hue Philips lights and Logitech remote control devices. Works really well. There are a ton of skills that the unit can learn. My only gripe is that you have to remember the specific commands based on each app in order to use them. I think it has great potential for the future.

Best thing since sliced bread, love it, have one in every room. Intercom feature is great as well as the drop in feature. Kids have fun with Alexa.

We got this item to pair with our Echo. It works well on its own as well as syncing with the main unit for household music. We are still learning some of the skills but the device is great.

Bought this as a gift my Dad who already has the Echo. But wanted access to Alexa at other locations. At first I thought you had to have the Echo to add the Dot....but the Dots' can run Alexa by themselves without having to have an Echo. He likes being able to access Alexa everywhere.

The Echo Dot is great. The speaker is surprisingly really good. I read other reviews indicating it was lacking. That was not my experience. It is remarkably accurate in understanding the commands

This is a great product. Only cons is that I can play music from my phone or Apple Music. Also I can turn on my philips hue lights but Alexa work respond correctly when I ask her to change the colors.

I purchased for my family, they absolutely love them! Can wake kids up in morning even when I’m at work. Ask about weather, movies,etc. Lots of entertainment with music. Can’t say enough.

I bought this with the LIFX bulb and it's nice to be able to remotely or vocally control my lights. The voice recognition is a bit off sometime or it doesn't register what you said to respond, but other then that it's a fun toy to play with and the beginnings of building up my smart home.

I use my Amazon Dot everyday for my normal tasks. If it is just to listen to the song that is stuck in my head, to set an alarm, or to ask where I should eat that day Alexa is always got an answer!

After reading reviews I decided to purchase the dot and have not had any regrets. Like all electronic it’s not perfect and does glitch but for the convenience it provides its well worth it.

Fast shipping. Love Alexa. Gave several as Christmas gifts. Have linked to our air unit and works great. Looking forward to getting other products to use with it such as garage door opener.

I bought a second dot for my home and placed this one in the bathroom paired with my Bluetooth speaker. I love the shower music, news flash briefing, and jokes while I get ready in the morning.

This has only gotten better as m ore skills are added. It controls my WeMO, ecobee, casetra. I recommend this over the Echo. Save your money and get the echo dot but pair it with a good wifi speaker.
