Got this on a the $39 special. Well worth the price tag. Speaker is not as good as Echo full size, but no big deal for me. When I want the dot to play music, I pair it to a Bluetooth speaker.

has given us some problems but we are working them out. very good for finding out weather and playing songs you like. funny when you are watching TV and she comes on with some answer. we are learning more and more/

I bought this unit as a satellite to the main Echo I have in my living room. I have it hooked to a Jam BT speaker and it's great! The dot will work on its own but the sound is tinny at best.

I have the Echo in the kitchen and added the Echo Dot to the family room. I use it to control Plex on my Sony 4k TV. Works great! It can also easily connect to my A/V receiver via Bluetooth.

Love talking to Alexa and getting the latest music on Iheart radio. She also tells me important facts and the weather. I take her with me on vacation if there is Wifi available too!

Alexa is good, all the things that Alexa can do. Although is disappointing having to pay to be able to enjoy of things like story time and things like that. also they need to work a little more on the voice recognition, sometimes it would be hard for Alexa to understand.

The Amazon Echo dot is pretty smart and seems pretty intelligent but sometimes it doesn't understand some very simple questions. The speaker on the Dot of course is not as good as on the regular Echo, but that's to be expected since it's not as big as the speaker on the regular Echo.

I am happy with the quick shipment and so far my mom has enjoyed it very much. Not only can she use it to call for help if she falls she can play twenty questions or listen to music.

Love what Amazon is coming up with. I have the Echo dot in my bedroom and it is quiet loud for it's size. I love that it is hands free and is able to recognize my voice across my bedroom.

The echo dot is excellent. I bought one for myself and ended up buying 2 more for the house. It's much louder than I expected, works perfectly. Must have for anyone building up a smart home!!

So far I’ve only been able use it for lights and checking weather.music and anything else seems to be a subscription. The sound quality is ok but aux connections n enables you to connect wIt’s other speakers. However, it does not connect to my Bose speaker via Bluetooth.

I bought this for my son and his family for an early christmas present. I have 2 of these and one of the larger ones and I love mine. His kids are loving having their own.

Cannot play/control my music/playlists over Sonos System.

Voice assistants have a long way to go but it's one of the best voice assistant in the market. I love that it can be connected to bluetooth speakers unlike Google Home. I would give it 5 stars if it can be connected to google services also like YouTube or google music.

I bought two for my office and my wife's studio, they are good for small rooms in my opinion. Definitely lacks the bass and volume that the Amazon Echo has (I also have one of those, and it is great for open floor plans).

I like the dot as it help with my smart home. I use it to turn light on and off through the home. The dot has saved me many trips up and down the stair to turn light off after the kids .

I'm very pleased with my Echo Dot, so much so that I have purchased two more in addition to this one. I find them handy for controlling lights, and generally acting as a voice assistant.

Wake word set to "Computer". Yeah! Once you figure out you can do much more via Skills you can download. While some worry about this thing listening to you all the time, as I'm sure it does... has to listen for the wake word, just put it somewhere else besides the bedroom. ;)

I have mine in the kitchen and it's great to get everyday info. And love the quality of the sounds, she plays all my favorite tunes when I cook & clean in the kitchen!

I love this speaker. What I like about it is the volume is to a certain limit and it does not hurt my ears. Alexa understand you and plays the songs you ask her to play.
