Got lifx lights along with this and it controls all the lights in my house and tvs and sound system. Alitte bit of a learning curve to setup but very cool converting to a smart house

Turning lights on and off throughout house with voice, shopping list function, daily trivia, control thermostat, stream music,etc..... Speaker is insufficient for music play but will interface with external speakers. Unnecessary convenience, but fun nonetheless.....

I really enjoy this as an add on device for my echo and echo plus. I use this to tie to my older audio stereo and now with all three devices I have great surround sound.

I find this to be a real Handy Appliance in the house. I use it for updating my shopping list and for timers when I'm cooking I also used it to control my Philips Hue lighting system.

Started with Echo and was excited to add devices across my home for expanding my smart device capability. Good performance, good value, easy installation.

I bought this on a lark but have found it to be much more valuable than I ever imagined. My wife is a technophobe but has fallen in love with Alexa. She uses this more than I do!

Bought as a gift for my parents and they are having fun talking to and learning from Alexa! My mom is especially loving asking her cooking and conversion questions in the kitchen!

Gave as christmas gift to my daughter They love it. Brought one for myself. This lil device is so cool. We can connect it to use as an intercom throughout the house. Love it

I bought 3, knowing it has some limitations. But I was looking at the future with its compatibility with Sonos. Thus far, i'd say after the gimmick fun of them wears off, they are overrated. I have multiple in home smart devices a WINK hub, LIFX bulbs, a whole home Sonos system & a Nest thermostat. The dot loses connection, can't find the device or works intermittently. For a smart device it's not so smart. It barely can answer basic search questions. I use it more for a glorified alarm clock with the occasional weather and sports updates. Hoping the Sonos compatibility works so i didn't totally waste $150.

If you are into the latest technology this is the gadget for you. I enjoy having my alexa in the home to ask questions. Can't wait ton get my entire home smart technology configured.

Recently purchased and really enjoying the basics of what it can do. Looking forward to connecting smart home products. Only gave it 4 stars because I did have to reset and reinstall it once. Hope it's not going to be an issue. Other than that it works great.

Alexa is a great tool and product to own it's like a mini robot I love it The price was very reasonable as well so if you don't own one my suggestion to you is to get one soon

This is my second Echo, I bought one for a gift and now you can actually call on Echo to reach another person. I'm in the process of adding more things to it to control my home...

I probably don't use it as much as I should have but I'm still getting used to it. Sometimes she picks up stuff and starts talking out of the blue and it's a little surprising.

We use this more than I ever thought I would. We use Alexa mainly for weather forecasts, but also for timers and just general information. My husband has her tell him the word and joke of the day. There are some things she doesn't know and will tell you that!

I am expanding my in house knowledge of merging useful buys into an easier way of life and this just suited me!! I am sure this is jut the beginning of more Great purchases!

Got this for a gift for my dad for Christmas. My mom just recently came down with an illness leaving her home all day. She is able to use it to keep her busy/informed. Great product!

We have had fun with this little gadget. Sometimes she throws a tantrum and doesnt listen or takes a little longer to follow commands so i have ro repeat myself but she is still fun.

Bought this for my teenage son, great for answering questions and listening to his library. Looking forward to using it for home automation stuff. Also links up with our Amazon Echo.
