Got this for $35 that's a great price when Google home and Echo run over $100! Had trouble in the beginning w it staying connected but has seemed to work fine since. As soon as the Harmony hub/Echo Dot package goes on sale im going buy more!

The second-gen, mini-sized Amazon Echo Dot smart speaker is just as smart as the first at nearly half the cost. It will connect to an existing audio setup. I hope the next generation will syncs across multiple devices in multiple rooms.

I bought this for my son because it seemed like a cool tech gift. It keeps him from constantly saying, "mom, what is..?" LOL They all enjoy asking for jokes! Knocked off a star because just like Siri, she doesn't always get what you say at first.

It's the same as most assistants. Nothing special but it does seem to interface with all my other techie stuff. Setup is easy and straight forward. Still not sure how happy I am with another listening device in my house.

Seemed to be a really good product, brought it for my daughter for Xmas and haven’t seen it since, so it’s really not a good gift for kids.

This is an excellent addition for the Amazon Echo. Allow the use of Alexia in another part of the home. I have two additional dots and they work like a charm.

The Echo Dot works as advertised and makes life more convenient. I like that there are many additional items that can be purchased to work in concert with it.

Alexa gets confused! I speak English clearly and she doesn’t understand me, and the speaker sounds crackly, and low grade compared to my small JBL speaker, going back! May upgrade- then again- she may have overstayed her short welcome!!!

the features are very useful and even the volume of the speaker is pretty good as compared to the size of this device. very good product to use in daily life.

I bought this as a gift for my father n law for Christmas. I wasn't to sure about it at first because it was so small, but he loves it and uses it all of the time.

Again for the price we keep putting them in most every room I the house. Alexa is a wealth of knowledge and works great with all of our smart home items.

I would recommend this product to anyone. The Google Home does not have the dedicated work force that amazon has to implement or advance a great assistant machine.

Bought for Christmas present for my wife. She loves it. Radio reception is so much better that normal radio. she can get weather and traffic information instantly.

Works fine for the alexa features. The music player is ok but not very loud. It does everything it is supposed to.

I saw echo used by friends and was impressed with it's convenience. Now I have one and am controlling devices(comparable) and enjoying other features. Good deal.

We have the echo and the dot.- They are fun to use- weather reports to help start your day.- News reports.- Its pretty basic and I wish it contained more knowledge.- It doesn't know cooking substitutes and can't answer specific sports questions.

As good as the full blown, the speaker system is less for obvious reasons ( the size) but certainly works just as well.

This is a great gift any age. It will make phones for you if you sync your phone with it. We mostly use it for security camera system and it works amazing

Bought two before Christmas, wish I would have got one more for the kitchen. Use them for timer, radio, clock, and for weather. More useful than expected!

Alexa is great to have around. Have not had too much time to fully play around and see what all she can do, but from what i can and have seen it is great.
