It good set your alarm breaking news weather when you use Alexa have u tv volume low when you want to ask Alexa something because she won't answer sometimes or say something totally different then what you said

Third dot in my home connects beautifully to an existing speaker and allows for group broadcast of music and control of all my smart home devices.

Alexa is great! She entertains my 12 year old boy and has inspired him to ask all kinds of trivia questions for fun, all the while he is learning!

Responds well to voice command. Although sometime it'll wake without the "Alexa" prompt. Scared me sometime when I'm watching TV and it spoke. Could use better interface. Finds it difficult to navigate menu. Definitely not intuitive

I love Alexa, I have this device in my bedroom, it is a great alarm clock, reads books from audible and much much more!! It is always learning new skills.

The Amazon Alexa Dot is a great product; if you're a simple person. When you first play with it, it's what you want Siri to be like, but after a day, and you've played enough and ask it real world things and task...it's just like Siri; it's very limited. The Alexa App doesn't make it any better, that needs so much work, that's a review in of itself. This is a great device for Smart Lights like Hue, it works great...after you set it up 4 times on the Alexa app. After that it's great, but like I said the app and the responses need some work. If you're someone that just ask it "what's 4+4 and what's the weather" then you'll love this device!

The Echo still needs push notifications so home automation controllers can use the Echo for alerts. The Echo also needs to send its name so my skill know which echo is being used. Get these features added and it get 5 stars.

I enjoy asking Alexa questions! When I ask Alexa What's up, she gives me all the highlights for the day while I do other things around the house!-Awesome!

It is like having your personal assistant. She will remind you your to do list, she can help you with the weather, she can get you Uber. It is amazing!

I was going to get the big amazon echo, but this one is just as great! It does everything I need and is very compact. Would 100% recommend to a friend.

Read good reviews on this before, heard from my family member though that they're having a hard time setting it up and getting it to sync with their other Amazon Alexa product.

We have 2 Echo Dots. They are so convenient! One is is our bathroom. We can get the weather while we are brushing our teeth. We love it!

Purchased this as a gift for my dad because he was envious of my Amazon Echo. He absolutely loved it! Setup was simple and it's very easy for him to use.

I purchased the echo dot( 2nd generation for myself and a 2nd for my Mom. She loves that she can turn the lights on and off just by asking Alexa.

The Amazon echo dot is a great little machine. Now I can have Alexa in my bedroom..lol..not as good of sound quality for music playing but still not bad.

Was skeptical about how this worked after hook up. Love using my echo dot, it is very informative and looks up stuff so quickly. A+++++
