Overall this product is nice to have. It comes in handy as a good reminder. It came be frustrating when you ask a question and it refers you the Amazon App. Looking forward to updates.

I bought this product for my parents. There a elderly and do not know how to use a tablet or laptop. This was perfect form them. They can get information just by asking 'Alexa'. They have been having a bal some I installed it for them.

Several commands are not accepted still. However, those that works, are exellent! It is a nice item that will move you to the future of comunications.

This is a fun item. We laugh a lot asking crazy questions. Haven't got to use it to its full potential because we have very weak internet (because if where we live). Works really well with our surround sound system already in our home.

Always learning new commands the dot can do. Best part is the aux out, can connect to your stereo via rca converter dongle for music.
