Once set up, this device is great. I like the fact that it creates a shopping list. All I have to do is call out what needed and it's added to the list. We have 2 echo dots and looking to create a partial smart house...can't wait!!

The echo dot is a great addition to any smart home! I use it in my bedroom for my morning routine. Tells me the weather, news, etc.

Had one of these at the house and picked up another for my office. Easy to stay off the radar of work bandwidth use by using the wifi!

I'm required to write, I would prefer to just do stars. Not much to say, it works like it should. I've only had it set up for a day.

I have a couple of small kids and they love it, they ask Alexa questions everyday and its she is quite informative. Awesome product.

Love this! Only complaint is this she can randomly talk when you don’t ask a question. Other than that it’s fun and a great product.

Alexa is just great. Hardware very impressive especially the microphone. Everything else is software and that gets updated as it gets better.

Love it. Answers a lot of questions. Not a very good speller and not always able to ask someone this is always available it is also helpful to order lunch or dinner. If you have an Amazon account you can order anything you want.

This item is great, we all use it every day. You can ask it the weather or how the traffic is for your route you have set. I would highly recommend it

Though I have upgraded to the 3rd generation echo this one still chimes like brand new. Does the job of responding to my commands.

This is a great gift especially if the person has amazon prime. Either way great excuse to get amazon prime if you don’t have it. Great gift

got this for grandson for christmas. he was very interested in the alexa enabled unit and found it to be useful for home and school

Great gift brother loved it and was very happy and surprised with it. He thought I spent a lot of money on him but it was not that expensive.

At home we are very happy to have these little speakers, with them we can know many things and the best thing is that we have a lot of fun !!

Alexa is a great help. I don't have to set my clock every morning. I just ask Alexa to set the time and that's it. The only thing that is needing improvement is voice recognition. You have to speak clearly for Alexa to understand.

Amazing product for a small room except for when playing music. The Dot does much of the same things done by The Echo but the speaker is not so good.

Initially I purchased this as a gift for a family member. I liked it so much I kept it and use it often.

Fun to ask questions and get answers without having to type and search on a device, especially if busy doing something else. Doesn’t always have an answer, but still good
