A good piece of technology that's does a great amount of things. No the best speaker in the world but pretty good for the price. Nice to have all the ability of the full amazon echo in a smaller form factor.

Bought this as a second unit to my Echo to have in bedroom. Great for asking what time it is in the morning to know if I need to get up, as an alarm and info as I am getting ready in the morning.

This is a great idea for those who have kids and need to make lists while doing 3 other things. You really have to be consistent in talking to Alexa in order to get it into a groove and doing what you need.

I have found the echo dot handy in the kitchen for conversions on reducing or increasing recipes. Also to set timers for cooking or baking or just connected to my Bluetooth speaker for some music.

I have an Echo and I use it for everything from controlling my lights and listening to music. I bought this Dot for my mother and she loves it! The only knock on it is the sound volume is sort of low.

Purchased for husband. He loves it. It took him forever to type his requests on his tablet, now he just talks to Alexa! Wonderful.

It works pretty well, no issues. Just as advertised. It doesn't have a great speaker, though, but definately it's worth the price.

the eco dot is smaller and takes less room. helps me stay informed, lusten to music while I work, and even helps out finding info.

While "Alexa" can't wash your clothes, she sure can answer questions, read books to you and tell you the weather and so much more.
