Could be very useful with a "smart" house. Using mostly for music and entertaining the kids while learning the intricacies!

Great product for a smaller room or quiet place. Speakers not as loud as Echo Plus but good value for same options.

We bought this as an additional item as we already have the larger Alexa. It's a good product but the sound is much quieter than the larger Alexa. Works for what we wanted it to do though!

The Echo Dot is a neat little "toy." I primarily use it for listening to music, but also for checking the weather, calendar, and schedules. I hope to utilize it for more activities in the future....

It is a tiny Echo. With Alexa hiding inside. We use multiple Echo’s for a cost effective intercom system.

Got it as a bundle with the Philips Starter Kit. It works good as long as you have internet connection. Don't work at all if you loose internet connection, that's the feature of the cloud I guess.

Using it now with my itunes music I have loaded. Intend to become a "prime" member a little later to get full benefits.
