We love our echo dot. So easy to use. Love the voice activation. Had to get ourselves a second echo dot.

I like the Dot . It allows me hands free access to many features. I love the radio feature as well as using Alexa as a reminder, timer, weather informer, joke teller etc...

I would buy another one. I really like it. I use it in my classroom and the children enjoy it very much.

We absolutely love Alexa we have an in all of our rooms and we use it as an intercom and alarms in the morning and you can play music on them and you can ask them jokes and Alexis just great I would highly recommend it for anyone who doesn’t want the Apple product this one is good I love it

We love it. The echo dot is great. We have it in our bathroom to play music, check the weather, etc....

We love it so much we bought a second one. I have one dot in the kitchen and one in the bedroom, we fall asleep listening to the ocean sounds or other type relaxing music/sounds. The one in my kitchen is great for recipes or for adding to my shopping list. Its also nice to listen to music while I exercise.

We added the Alex Spot to connect more of the house with Alexa. This was a great addition to the Show.

The white one matches my setting very well and I am so love it, it is an amazing gift in this holiday.

Still learning how I want to use it, but fun so far. My three young boys enjoy asking Alexa questions.

One thing to note is the volume is much lower than speakers of it's size. But for the price it's great

I have both Google Home and Amazon Echo Dot. I also have a Harmony Hub and several smart home devices. I love the smart home integration and once you activate lights and your entertainment center with your voice, good luck going back. For now, the Echo has better integration with my smart home, but once Google Home catches up, I will be switching to Google for the sole reason I subscribe to Google Play Music. But to be honest all of these devices have limited uses and the "fun" or "cool" appeal wears off soon. It's fun to ask Alexa questions or ask her to tell you a joke, but that gets old quick. It's also cool to order something from Amazon, but I rarely do so because I like to look at what I'm ordering. You will definitely need a secondary speaker to connect this to. Which brings me to the one big problem and that's having a secondary speaker on at all times (and sometimes on the correct input). For example, I connected my Echo Dot to my receiver to play sound through it, but I also use the receiver to watch TV, etc., so I change the inputs. So when I ask Alexa to answer a quick question, I have to make sure it's on the right input. I know that I an ask Alexa to tell Harmony to change the input but I often forget to do so. I wish I could have a dedicated sound system that awoke whenever Alexa was triggered. At the end of the day, it's a fun device to have that provides some useful "skills" (ordering Dominos is cool, but I've only done it once) and games (I like Jeopardy) but it's true usefulness is its ability to be the voice hub for your smart home, if you're interested in having one...

don't judge this product by its size ... sure it doesn't have a large speaker included (use bluetooth or line out) but it does everything it's bigger sister does and hides beautifully into your decor. Warning - Alexa and voice services have the same addictive qualities as other more expensive substances ;)

Simple to install and use. Very responsive and easy to link to other devices. Very highly recommended.

She exceeded my expectations ,it has a nice sound and can be connected to a speaker for louder volume.

You can ask her a lot of questions, change the tv channel by speaking. Great gift for College student.

I really like the echo dot. We got it to go with our Hue lights and it works really well. The only problem is that Alexa sometimes stops listening or will randomly cut on.

Very happy with the Echo Dot! Love the jokes even though they are corny. Have added Sonos and Wemo Skills and found they work well. Voice recognition way better than Siri.
