Not sure what I think of this echo dot yet. It does what it says, but I think it should do more! I know in time they will have software upgrades and my family enjoys it as of now.

My wife and I are seniors and we are having fun with this device. It can answer most questions she is asked,

We bought the Echo Dot as a Christmas present for my brother in law and he has no complaints so far.

It can do a lot of things, but not quite as many as Alexa. It is still an excellent value for the price.

Truth be told it kind of scares me but aside from that it's cool to be able to speak into the air whatever song I want played and bam!

This was a perfect buy. I am so glad I bought them. They aren't very loud but they serve my purpose.

This was a Christmas gift for a friend of mine.He has not hooked it up yet,so I do not know how he likes it.

Quite interesting. Still haven't used it to it's full potential. But fun and knows answers to my questions.

Not quite as smart as Siri, but overall great for home automations. Can't tell Alexa to turn off all lights at once, have to create a group that contains all lights to do that.

Alexa is very useful for facts, weather updates and fun for kids. I did not connect the buying ability because I’ve heard stories about kids buying stuff at their whim.

My nephew was absolutely thrilled to receive it for his birthday. Makes me the cool aunt!

I absolutely cannot think of life without a smart device and Alexa is extremely easy to use.

Alex is the helper you never thought you would ever have or ever need. Great device. Easy to set up.

This thing is awsome, simple setup. Hooked mt Nest and home security to it. A must have in ant home.

I have the Echo Dot device downstairs in the family room so when we are relaxing, we can still use inquiry, check the weather, add to my shopping/errand list or check a fact.

Super easy to set up. It does many many things, more than advertised.

I have purchased many Amazon products, including their "basics" line and I have never been let down.

I think it's a great gift very helpful. helps easy to find information works well if you get a portable speaker so you can use it on your travel with your cell phone.

I love my new dot for it's convenience. However because of the size the speaker is not quite as clear as the regular Alexa.... But I am enjoying having it in my office.

The Amazon Dot was a little small for our needs. But, it works great for my son in his room.
