This had been a perfect compliment to the echo. Makes it easy to control from upstairs.

Some features were a bit difficult to set up but I like this product a lot. Occasionally turns on when it hears a word similar to the name Alexa! Funny!!

I would like to give a testimonial about this product my sisters and I purchased the echo Dot for my mother for Christmas who is handicapped. She stays at home by herself most days and has limited access to what she can do do to being legally blind and having a neurological disorder. Now she is able to do so many things for herself that she was unable to do for many many years. A few days after Christmas I walked over to her house in the morning to help her out and I could hear music playing and then I hear her yell out Alexa thumbs down that song. I laughed because she was upstairs laying in bed listening to music she said she'd been listening all morning and it made her so happy. This has really been a life-changing gift. Before this she was unable to turn on the TV herself or turn on her music and had a hard time with her tablet turning her audible books on now all she has to do is speak to Alexa and it has opened a whole new world for her

This little guy packs a punch with quality sound and its small enough to place any where in your home. I purchased the Echo for my parents and the Dot for me. The Dot would have also suited my parents needs too. I can hear it well from any room by turning up the volume. Love it!

Easy set up and works great! Easy to work with and connects well with any smart phone!

As the title says, this is the best item on the market right now. You can't beat the price, and it is beyond useful. From setting timers while you cook, to play some nice music when you come home from work, to updating you on the latest sports scores. This thing has no limit.

I enjoy using the Echo Dot. It is relatively user friendly and makes setting alarms and listening to music even easier than just pressing a few buttons. I am probably a bit too romanticized over the novelty of the Dot, but for the price, this is definitely worth the investment.

Echo dot is a great introduction to Amazon's Alexa. Easy set-up & great functionality.

I purchased one of these Dot's after finding out you could hook it up to a Bluetooth speaker and make it into a full blown Echo on the cheap. It works great, easy to talk to and responds immediately. Works great for playing music. I was so impressed I bought another one.

I can ask for food receipts, weather,news,questions abaut history, OMG this is awesome
