Love this thing! Easy to setup and use. Love the alarm feature. And how you can just ask a question and she answers it correctly and accurately.

Getting the Amazon echo with Alexa has been my fave purchase technology wise. I am a busy mom who forgets a lot or doesn't have the hand capability to look up or write down something at times. So I have homechick jot down items for my grocery lists, look up weather info or recipes, I use her to play music, my kids ask her to play baby shark or read a story... like I almost wish she were real so she could help out with 5 dogs and 2 toddlers lol but I mean, she does pretty dang good otherwise!

Still learning about the device but having fun. It can’t seem to answer too many questions but it is similar to Siri. I like that it connects to tp link automation easily and love its interface to amazon music. I would not recommend it if you have someone in the house with a name that is similar as it would answer all the time.

Works just like its bigger brother. Pretty good sound. Plug into speakers or use Bluetooth to connect. All Alexa skills work with the echo dot.

I am so glad I purchased the Echo Dot! Alexa can tell me the news, play music, turn on my lights, and you can even play 20 questions with her!

Echo...tell me a joke. Echo...set perimeter alarm. No problem. Something in a foreign language or ask how many homeruns Babe Ruth had...I don't know that. I have it connected to a Harman Kardon Onyx Studio 2 BT speaker, so you know the sound is going to be awesome at any volume. this one is white. Probably get another for the bedroom, so I don't have to shout thrue the house. one negative...this has nothing to do with the device. I wish Amazon would allow the user to choose your own name for it!!! Other than the 4 available now.

Great system to start out with great for kids to have

My son received this product for Christmas. He has connected the lights in his room with the product and loves the convenience Alexa provides.

Great addition completed my multi room functionality. Sounds great, easy set up. Can't go wrong having them in every room!

We started using this for music. We purchased a total of 3 of them for several rooms for music in all rooms. We have since purchased GEENI Smart Devices for lighting controls. Alexa is part of our home automation now. AWESOME!

I waited a while before finally buying this, got this along with a remote-control plug as a Black Friday deal from Best Buy. Alexa is useful, does have it's limits, but I find the reminder / timer capability to be very handy when I am doing something else and don't want to set a timer on my phone or oven. Alexa can also define words or even tell you jokes or what is on your calendar for the day in the morning. Hearing it versus reading allows you to focus on something else with your hands. Very handy for the price.

Got this mini speaker for my girlfriend who loves it!

I previously bought the bigger Alexa and wanted another for a different room. This is the perfect size! Setting up was a breeze!

Very helpful digital assistant, especially it can link with smart switch to control power supply to home appliances.

The Echo Dot works well enough. I got it for my mother who constantly needs reminders and alarms. Alexa has allowed for her to set them herself and not both myself or my siblings. There are some moments when Alexa fails to answer questions, but overall it's alright.

It works well with my bedroom light smart bulb. I use it at night when I don't want to reach out for a light switch. I love it.
