I received an echo dot last year for Christmas and love it. I decided to give it as gifts this year.

These were purchased as a Christmas gift for my grand children. I am confident they will enjoy them.

Love the Echo. I had heard about from friends and finally had to try it myself. Great little device.

I now have 4 Echo Dots throughout my house. Every day, I find out something new that I can do with this little device. I wish you could combine commands like "Alexa, turn off piano lamp and turn on silver lamp" etc. but it's a minor annoyance. You can group connected devices and have one command apply to all devices, but they have to be the same command. Still, for the price, the Amazon Echo Dot is a steal.

Fun accessory to try, and fun to keep learning Alexa's new capabilities. Wish you were able to continue a line of conversation without beginning with "Alexa" every time.

I have multiple Dots but this one was a gift. If you don't have one, get one and you'll love it too.

I’m giving the Echo to my elderly mom because I think it will be useful in many ways. I love my Echo just wish she was smarter. She often answers I don’t know that one.

Very interactive device and helpful. Can keep you organized on shopping duty, reminders on your calendar and so on. Great purchase price and a must have for every home.

I have an Echo and thought I would try the Dot. The speaker isn't the best but so far I'm liking it.

I have never been so pleased with this product. I love how I can move it through my house and use it.

Loved the first one that we put in the kitchen so much that we got one for our newborn's room to play lullabies while he's going to sleep. You can even speak to it in slightly above a whisper and it still hears you clearly. Perfect for giving commands for lights or music after he has just dozed off.

I bought this echo dot on a whim. So glad I did. I now have emergency contact with a shout if needed to my son. Also have sleep sounds that have improved my sleep and music with a simple ask of Alexa. I love this echo dot and ordered another for downstairs. Am now going to add some light bulbs

I love this thing! I use it as an alarm clock, timer to remind me to take the laundry out of the machine, as a "personal assistant" to remind me to do things, and to play games like Question of the Day & Trivia Hero. I take it with me when I travel. I just love it!

The Echo Dot is great. I actually purchased more than one. Although it needs to be updated by skills and things of that nature it still works good. It also has great jokes. Comparing it to the Google Home if you had to, the Google device is more of a personal assistant where the dot is more personable.
