Got one as a gift and then had to buy another. Have also given them as gifts as it's so much fun.

I have the Echo and the Dot. The speaker quality is night and day. Listening to music, the Echo is great. Dot is just as good for everything else. I always tell it "good morning" and get a fun fact for the day. Fun to ask off the wall questions and see what the response is. It is great to use for information that you would randomly search on google. Havent fully unlocked the potential but having fun with it for now.

Ever since we were at a friend's house that had a Dot, we have been been thinking about getting one. Then, for a one day sale, BB had it on sale for $35. It is always normally $49, so I picked one up. Having fun with it, and making shopping lists and hearing jokes and music and etc etc.

This is an excellent product. I got 2 of them. My kids absolutely loved them. The voice recongnition and the AI behind it is amazing. You can literarily speak to it cross the room. We used it to control smart switches and turn on/off lights and fans. Didn't try the intercom feature yet.

The dot has a ton of capability for its small size. Alexa and smart home functionality is a must

this is amazing, it makes your home smart, if you like to have hands free assistance it is great

Dot may be small as an Atom but performs like an Atomic bomb. The ecosystem of Alexa keeps growing everyday. Now i can control all the lightings , TV etc at my home through this dot. Even it serves my kiddo be playing rhymes for him. Dot should be easily the economic smart product of 2016 .dot.

Love the features on my Alexa. My kids love it and we use it on daily basis. Keeps me organized.

This thing is easy to set up and works great. Love being able to say play something and it does.

Cool neat little product. Never thought I would mess with one but they are a nice little gadget.

One of the best products I have ever bought and it keeps getting better each week. As I have now connected my tv and lights and now my Nest Thermostat it makes my life and day to day things so much easier. Still learning more but it works great each time I add a new device for it to control.

I like this better than Google home mini because it has the bluetooth (and line out) connection to an external speaker/audio. Considering the internal speaker size of either Alexa or Google home mini, it is very desirable to have external audio capability. AI Performance is great!

I was pleased to see that this device picks up my voice across the room, so I don't have to get up to get closer to it to give it commands. I love that I can ask for a particular radio channel and the device finds it., or ask for a 5-minute timer and it responds promptly. I love this device.

Amazon alexa is great, purchased to do the smart lights when I get home in the dark and have your hands full just ask alexa to turn them on which is great feature.

I love my echo dot. The sound levels is perfect for a bedroom or small room, it's loud enough to fill the room with sound, and also gets quiet enough so the whole house doesn't get disturbed. The microphone picks up sound very well also. It's an awesome little device and I highly recommend it!

I bought this for my teenage daughter. She set it up quickly and began using it. She loves it!!!

I love if you want you can move it from room to room I love the volume I love the hands free use

We use this little box to control our Utlrasync home automation system. Perfect for automations.

To date, I've resisted buying Amazon Echo devices. I picked this one up on a whim and it's changed my life. No longer do I go to my computer to play music, I just tell Alexa to play something and she does. Want to know what time sunset is, just ask. Way more useful than I thought it would be.
