I have on at home and they make great gifts. They were purchased for my husband’s staff.

I bought this on sale for $30. It was a gift for my brother and he and his wife love it.

It works really well and connect with all my devices. We have it in our living room to control the lights and ask questions. The sound is not good for music but we have another speaker in the living room anyway. Love it and want another one for our office.

I originally got this for myself but my son now uses it. Alexia has some strange answers

this is a good product to start with if you are planning to go into the smart home game.

I like that I can change the wake-up word to something other than Alexa. The ability to connect an external speaker is a big plus for listening to music.

The dot makes Alexa an affordable option for more people. The speaker works just fine for communication and books, and it's not bad for quiet music. It's a little picky about placement, and I had to move it around a lot before I found a spot where Alexa could hear me consistently.

This is awesome for extending and also acting as new hub for Alexa. Gonna add even more!

Extremely pleased with my Echo Dot. So much so, I'm probably going to buy 2 more - bedroom/bathroom (combined with water resistant bluetooth speaker) and garage. I can listen to music and news when I'm working on car or getting ready in the morning without having to hit buttons.

Loved been able to connect it to stereo & Bluetooth speakers. However, had to reset it all the time. Blue ring would stay on without response. Checked my internet and it was working. Would ask a question or command and no answer. Then, approx 4 minutes later Alexa would respond. Didn't wanted to exchanged. I just returned it.

I bought this for Christmas and I love it! I love it so much that I bought another one to put in my house to make announcements to my family. I plan on buying the Echo Screen and purchasing one for my parents to communicate with them!

I wanted the Amazon Dot for a while. When I got my Phillip Hue lights I thought it would be a good purchase to go with the lights. It has worked great ever since. Alexa will turn your lights on and off just by asking. Very nice product when you need to know something right away

We got this the beginning of the year and on Black Friday we upgraded to the newest one!

Purchased this to have in other rooms of the house. Sound quality definitely isn't anything compared to the Echo but is still very handy to have around!!

I use this as a timer, alarm, and for the news flash. It is useful to get a news flash every morning and to check my calendar. I loe its ability to play music and the sleep app that you can set a sleep timer for. I enjoy it so much I bought a second one for a family member.

I did not realize how much I would come to rely on my Dot when I purchased it. Alexa reminds me of each day's appointments, what 's on my shopping list, what's on my "to-do" list, plays relaxation music to go to sleep by, and wakes me up every morning! Wouldn't give "her up!

The Amazon Echo Dot is great for people who are trying to get into smart home devices on a budget. This has pretty much all of the functionality of its larger sibling, just without as good of a speaker. We already have a couple Echos in the house and use them to play music, control the thermostat, turn on the lights, so we were happy with the lower-cost Dot to put in the kitchen.

Smaller version for the Echo and has everything the larger model has. Purchased for my two kid’s bedrooms and they love them. Plays music, it reads stories to them, they play various games with it, and you can use them as intercoms as well. Highly recommend them!
