Bought these Dots to run the HUE lights I also purchased from BEST BUY. They work great together. It's very handy to be able to turn the lights on by voice. Alexa also has a lot of other useful features. I am a very satisfied customer.

Got this on sale for $35 at best buy! What a great deal!! Even cheaper than what amazon sells their own product for. Normally retails for $50. Got the white version and it looks great with any room decor. Great accessory to add to your smart home!

If you don’t need a built-in speaker, this is the Alexa to purchase. I have it hooked up to a wired speaker and it sounds great. I use it for music (Amazon Music Unlimited), shopping lists, weather, alarms, timers, and tons more. Very useful.

Purchased this along with a 3rd Gen Dot. Although the speaker is much smaller than the 3rd Gen, it still is effective and better than expected. Keep mine in the office, a 12 by 12 room to listen to music while I work or listen to news. Very loud for a room like that. You can even control Ring compatible products via Alexa.

Future step kids loved these as gifts this year. They love all of the great features especially the alarm & the music selections. My boyfriend is not quite up to speed with his, but thanks to the Alexa tutorials I keep getting, he'll be a pro in no time.

Purchased on Black Friday price works great with my insteon hub reason for the dot purchase. Every day I find more things this can do. Great for getting info and other tasks along with turning lights on or off setting timers controlling my thermostat etc.

Great start to the world of the SmartHome. This little device connects to a large assortment of products the you can gradually scale up you home interactions or keep it simple. Those that are on the fence on whether a smart home is for you should try. You can unplug it and box it away or regift if it’s not your cup of tea.

The Echo Dot was easy to set up and has been fun to "play" with. Surprisingly, the feature that I have enjoyed most has been the Shopping List. Tell Alexa the item to add to your list and you have that list on your iPhone app when you go shopping.
