This echo dot joined two others I have scattered around the house. Love the idea of music playing everywhere, notifications or announcements sent everywhere, and in general, just the convenience of having several.

Comes in handy while cooking, running around in the morning getting ready to go to work, and any other time you need something answered when it’s inconvenient to grab your phone. Liked mine so much, I bought 3 more.

Purchased this just for fun and it really has been so far, got a great deal on it for Christmas so it was well worth it. I heard the next generation one isn’t that much better so was not worth the extra money to me.

My Fiance & I purchased the Echo Dot as a gift for my parents and they fell in love. They use it daily for random answers, weather & more. The Echo Dot has even entertained them and the grandkids by Just answering questions..lol

A little trouble w/ first connection but afterwards works great. Little disconcerting w/ all the Skills; which is worthwhile, safe, etc. Small Echo better than large version. For price of 1 large you can have 3 small spread throughout home.

Absolutely love our Echo Dot! It’s so easy to set up and use. Does so much for us like turning the lights on and off when your to comfy to get up and do it yourself lol. You do however need something extra for that.

Have the original Echo and now three Dots. All have really filled my music, control, and information needs. The sale price coupled with a $5 reward fro Best Buy made it impossible to pass up. Very pleased - easy to set up and use.

Alexa is a beautiful thing ask er just about anything wise machine

This device makes your daily schedule look easy...kind of having a personal assistant at home to brief you...good for kids too as it keeps them busy with lullabies, poems & other kid's stuff. Orders pizza on the go too. Fun to have this device... the only thing for which I rated it 4, as it couldn't help with youtube kitchen recipes. ;)

I love Alexa , she is awesome. Any questions we have she answers.

Networked 3 of them for whole house coverage. Controlling leviton and iHome smart switches along with wink controller. No effort at all to set them up. Also linked in heart radio and serius xm for whole hose music. Very pleased.

I purchased an ECHO in December and after learning how to access the features I wanted one for my office. The DOT is great because it does not take up much space and is short and will not tip over. It does it all just like the ECHO.

Great addition to home automation. Alexa is great to help as well.

I like my Amazon Dot that my son got me for Christmas so much, I already got a second one for the office. It is really handy, helpful and cool. I call it tech-cool. Artificial Intelligence has been around for a few years now and has been getting better and improving itself. Alexa is gaining in skills and is becoming more and more cool each day.

We have the regular echo in the living room, so decided it would be nice and handy having one in the bedroom. We use the dot for an extra alarm clock, weather check when we get up and music. The dots are great to add to additional rooms.
