A learning curve when it comes to setting it up to start, but fun to have once it is. Purchased as a gift and it was a hit!

It's almost worth it just for the alarms & jokes. It can really do a lot & hears me well from across the room. I may get a second one for the other level of my home. Why did the strawberry cry?..... . . . ...Because it was in a jam.

Was trying to introduce my mother-in-law to technology since she lives in the Stone Age. This was a good price on Black Friday and got it for 20 bucks. She’s loving it mostly plays music on it when she’s cooking.

Easily pairs with devices and very portable. Great for traveling!

Bought Echo Dot after two of my children recommended it. After initial setup, it would not play my Amazon Prime Music. After trying everything I knew for one hour, my daughter suggested signing out, unplugging the device, then deleting Alexa app and starting over. Once I did this, Echo Dot does everything it was designed to do.

The only time I have any issues with it is when my wifi is down.

Easy to install, works great with no issues or defects. The price is great. Its cheaper when Best Buy bundles it with another item, so be on look out for deals. No complaints, lower sound than Amazon Echo. Does the functions intended to do.

I like to listen to radio at night but many of the channels are quite a distance away so a regular radio can be very scratchy and signal goes in and out. Through Alexa's I heart radio I get nice, clear reception. Very pleased.

I already have the Amazon Echo and purchased the Amazon Dot. My kid ended up taking it from me so I need to buy another one or two in case my other kid attempts to take it from me. I use it for music and to control my smart home lighting.

The Echo Dot is priced so that I can have one in every room in the house, including bathrooms and garage! Can add things to my shopping list from anywhere in the house. Can stream music throughout the house. Love these things!

Wanted to take advantage of Amazon Music subscription that comes with Amazon Prime membership. The echo was most affordable option - and was on sale at B.B. Works great! Also easily connects, via Bluetooth, to TV sound bar.

Echo dot works great, very responsive, speakers are ok for size but can’t control a lot of smart home devices without a hub

This echo is fantastic for our entire family! When we leave the puppy in the house while we're at work, we have Alexa play classical music to keep her calm. A great asset to the family! I wish it was able to be used wirelessly though.

As technology continues to advance and the brilliance behind it emerges, we are fortunate to live in a time to enjoy such conveniences. It's great to be able to really kick back at the end of a long work day and have your electronic Butler turn on your music, check and adjust the interior temperature, dim or turn off the lights, order for delivery some of your favorite foods and so much more my the command of your voice. This is just the beginning of AI and as much as I enjoy the pleasures of this technology, it's kind of mysterious as too where it will take us next? I'll tell you this, because of this technology, I'm picking up about 1 extra hour of rest because I no longer have to get up to do some of the minor chords any longer that ate into my downtime! This was another great buy at Best Buy!
