My wife loves is. She has put one in every room of the house.

I ask it questions and most of the time it knows the answers.

this is a must have for every kitchen. Hook it up to a speaker either over Bluetooth or by an AUX cord and you have the best kitchen assistant. She can answer all you're questions and act as a hands free kitchen timer... Gold!

The dot is easy and fun to use. I use it for convenient weather updates, for wake up alarms, and for streaming Pandora music. I have it paired with my Bose mini sound link speaker via Bluetooth and it connects and works like a charm!

We put the Echo Dot in a bedroom & can speak our multimedia needs to play music, set a wake alarm or a timer, play games, etc. our kids love asking the Dot questions!! We will buy two more of these!! Easy to setup too!! :)

So many uses! My older parents use to turn lights on and off before they go into a room and my kids use it to turn music on as they go to bed. We use in the kitchen for measurement conversions, timers, etc.

Alexa Echo is alot of fun with playing guessing songs or games. It is very frustrating when it shuts down during a game.

The Echo Dot is a rare gadget that is both useful and fun for everyone. Being able to control your lights, music, weather, etc. while remaining hands-free provides a meaningful improvement to life around the house. Highly recommended!

This has been a great addition to our prime account. Easy to use and can ask Alexa anything. You can even ask her to rap or tell you a joke. This keeps things real and helps for the people on the go.

Like flash news, weather and still have to try other options.

I use this with my hue lightbulbs. And I love it! Its fun and easy to use! A simple setup and you can actually ask Alexa a lot of things. My 8 year old niece put Alexa to the test asking question after question. I was very impressed!

“Sorry, I’m not sure” It’s no Jarvis, but it does what it advertises. Order stuff on Amazon, play music from Amazon, dim the lights, tell me a story....long walks on the beach, Italian food.....I digress.

Bought this for my daughter and she loves it. Able to play Spotify music through the dot. Speaker is plenty loud for her room - thought about buying the larger echo device for the speaker, but glad we didn't spend the extra money.

I bought the Amazon Echo Dot to sit in my kitchen and control my Phillips Hue lights using voice commands. It works perfectly and since I am not using it currently as a speaker, I don't mind that the sound it not high quality.

Excellent, responds to all commands in English and runs quickly. Manage my music in Spotify, the wemo switch, lights and more. I do not give it 5 stars because it does not work in other languages, for example, Spanish. For me and other thousands / millions that their language is Spanish makes the best use of the "echo dot" difficult.
