Love this little device, great for playing for tunes, ordering your weekly store goods, controlling kids access to tv, 1000's of uses. Loud enough for the bedroom, capable of linking to sonos or bose speakers too. Excellent value.

I already have an Echo and I bought the Dot to use the "Drop In" feature in the kids room. It was super easy to set up and it works perfectly. I'm extremely glad I purchased this and even more happy that I bought it on sale!!!

after getting the alexa, another dot, i had to get one more. this thing is do cool. plays your music, gives you traffic updates (your work route) it basically does everything you can imagine and always having new features. love it!!!

I got the Echo when it originally came out. It was so useful in the kitchen, but a little pricey. I purchased the Dot for bedroom & it is AWESOME! Small footprint, controls my lights & thermostat & reasonably priced. A must have item!

I really like what echo does but it is still too limited. I would like to be able to connect other email accounts besides gmail and have access to my desktop music without putting it all on an amazon account. I hope to be able to control my samsung smart tv sometime soon too. I love having my hue lights and a/c connected to it though.

I love it we use them every day. We have one in each bedroom and living room Game room and kitchen. Its great for call ing people to dinner, or whatever. we can listen to music thru them also. still learning everything.

Love what it can do, it is my 2nd Amazon Echo. Speaker quality is slightly worse than the 3rd generation Echo, however if you are going to connect it to your own speaker via Bluetooth, it does not matter anyway. Amazon is always adding new Skills, so this keeps getting more useful in our household.

Very impressed with such a small device and the things this can do amazing a must have also if you have kids definitely set a parental password And you also can change its name Alexa, Amazon echo it's in the settings you must get

The echo dot may be a toy for some but it is an electronic device that is extremely useful merely ask Alexa a question and it will respond with an intelligent answer almost immediately. It also has many other functions. Great product

So, that being said, that should tell you how much I personally like these things!!! I have 50 hue lights, Alarm.com, my AMEX account, Automatic pro acct. & several other things, & it flawlessly controls everything! I love it!!!

Excellent product, i have two and an Echo. Must have! I use one in my bedroom, one in my office and our Echo lives in the kitchen. All play our music. The dot has decent sound, good enough for listening to low, relaxing, work music.

Serves it purpose to give me information while I am cooking.

Decent little gadget, she acts like she's hard of hearing at times but for the most part and for the price it's nice...

We've had an Echo Dot for over a year and decided we can use the features upstairs also, so I purchased the second one.
