This little thing actually does a lot- and it is louder than I expected. I got myself this for Christmas - after buying 4 others for family Christmas gifts I decided I wanted one for myself. I just need to figure out how to add skills and make her (Alexa) a little more useful. But I enjoy the Echo dot.

Purchased 2 of these on sale before Christmas.easy to install and sync calendars with. Works with fire TV also. Installed one on our central intercom system so we could stream Pandora music throughout our home.

We have the Echo and I really like it. We keep it in the den/kitchen area and use it for music and operating the lamps. We got the dot for the bedroom and love it as well. It is nice to tell the lamp to go on and off!

Works as expected. Would like a little more flexibilty with amazon skills, but that is not this products fault.

Everything that Echo does in a smaller package. Great for a bedroom or office where you don't need volume. The volume is great in a small space. Kind of whimpy in a large room. All in all you can't beat it for the price.

Purchased Alexa as a gift for my sister. She loves it!

Great product that is simple to setup and easy to use.

I set it up and gotta say it was way too simple setting up. Constantly downloading Skills. My wife and I are addicted! Bought the battery sold on Amazon and now not tethered. Goes with us from room to room. And outside.

We use the echo as an intercom and to listen to music!

I was think I already have a voice assistance on my phone but the echo dot really masters catching your voice and providing you enough information. It seem gimmicky but have using it for over a week or so I find it a great resource of information you need on the go or quickly as you make decisions. Overall great product!

I purchased this for my husband. We both were surprised at the quality of the sound, especially for music. It is such a treat to ask Alexa a simple command & receive a quick clever answer. I highly recommend the echo.

Use this device all the time when cooking g and washing dishes. Great for setting timers while cooking or baking., measurement conversions and listening to music

I I really enjoyed this device and thought that my family would enjoy it also so I bought three additional ones.

This is my third Echo Dot. They are easy to setup and work well. I have integrated several home automation systems with the Echo Dot,a Sonos system for music and Lutron lighting control. Everything works well.

Love the dot. I ask her questions, I listen to all of my music daily.. I can ask for 1 specific group or a year of oldies.. My mother in law asks for the 1940's and she sings along with the tunes.. We are buying her one.

this thing is fantastic- I ask it questions every day-most always get a good answer. it connects right to my Bluetooth stereo, with no issues. and even just using the built in speaker, it is very clear and decent sound.

The best part is letting the kids tell it what to do.

Use it in my daughters room and it is very convenient
