I love my Echo Dot, I have it in my home office and many times I ask for information such as spelling of words, verifying info on topics I write, and especially setting timers to remind me.

This Amazon echo.is perfect for some of the smaller rooms in the house whether it be to answer questions ask for advice or want to listen to music would recommend this to anyone in question

We love Alexa! Even my two 3-year-olds enjoy interacting with the Echo--even if Alexa never understands them. Very easy to use. Even if you only use it to play music, it's still a great product.

This was a gift for my son's birthday. When opened other gifts were put aside and he quickly downloaded the app and had Alexa up and going. We all had a fun asking ? And listening to music. Great gift.

Alexa is a great thing to have at the house. You cna ask her about the weather, news or have a conversation with her. Best is when I'm cooking and she reads the next step of a recipe to me.

The dots are great so far! It's nice to be able to talk to Alexa all throughout the house. Turns on lights, makes my grocery list, sets alarms, tells me the time, sets calendar events - great to have!

For such a small unit the speaker quality is actually pretty good, microphone is very sensitive, you don't have to yell to wake it up. It has been very handy to use. I also have it plugged in to my intercom system so when I use it to play music I can hear it throughout the house.

This is a fun little toy that has the same capabilities of the full size echo plus a 3.5mm jack and ability to connect to Bluetooth speakers. Due to the small size the speaker can be a little quiet.

Haven't tried all the features yet. So far I'm very pleased. Noticed on sale when in store & decided to give it a try-saw echo dot(3rd gen on sale after but am sticking with 2nd gen for now. It's great for my needs! Will prob give it a 5 when I try more features...

Connected to my bluetooth speaker. Provided a lot of fun talking to it. Control my entertainment center well via Logitech hub. Kids love it. Amazon may may win this competition over Google and Apple.

I bought this for my wife as surprise house warming gift and she loved it!! It does virtually everything play music answer questions turn off lights (if you buy the plugs to go with) even games

The Echo Dot is great. It responds well to your voice, and also works in conjunction with your phone. Not as powerful as the Echo, but nice for in a bedroom when the main Echo is located downstairs.

I Love the Echo Dot, as well as my family. we already have the Echo so it was easy to buy the Echo Dot. Both are amazing!!! Love listening to the music I want, asking Alexa questions, etc.

I am in the early process of converting my home to a smart home. This was a great beginner. I now have 4 Echo Dots. While I enjoy the features of this unit, the speaker itself leaves much to be desired. I now plan to get the Echo. which I hear has a much better sounding speaker.

This is our fourth echo dot in our home. We have them in almost every room. This last one is installed in our son’s room. So nice to trigger his alarm in the morning when he doesn’t get up.

I use mine mostly in the kitchen. We wired it up to the Bose system and use it for music. I also love the ability to check a score, set a cooking timer, check the weather, etc., hands-free.

I would give it five but it doesn't always hear me. Still a great product to have in the house.

I received the dot as a Christmas gift and was really pleased with all the features it has. From listening to music to controlling smart devices. It is great and I recommend it to everyone

We used to have google home. But it stopped working after less than a year. The Echo is great. Easy to set up and use. Good volume for its size Thinking of getting another for down stairs

The Echo Dot works just like it's big Brother. It does just the same thing. You have to remember it's smaller so it will not sound as loud. Believe me it's loud enough to wake you up in the morning.
