I would give it five but it doesn't always hear me. Still a great product to have in the house.

This is our second echo. We plan on adding more to almost every room in the house. We use it to control lights, our security system, check traffic, make shopping lists and to play music. We love them.

I am pleased with the Echo. I like the small size, its ability to connect to my network and my speakers and that it keeps coming up with new capabilities. Very pleased but I am just getting started.

Late Christmas present for me because the store was out of stock around the time that I wanted her. I love Alexa. She can be your best friend and your personal assistant with reminders, alarms, etc.

I received the dot as a Christmas gift and was really pleased with all the features it has. From listening to music to controlling smart devices. It is great and I recommend it to everyone

We used to have google home. But it stopped working after less than a year. The Echo is great. Easy to set up and use. Good volume for its size Thinking of getting another for down stairs

We don't use this one as often as the main but it seems to work great as a 2nd one in the house.

Haven't tried all the features yet. So far I'm very pleased. Noticed on sale when in store & decided to give it a try-saw echo dot(3rd gen on sale after but am sticking with 2nd gen for now. It's great for my needs! Will prob give it a 5 when I try more features...

Really happy with the purchase. Still learning all the things it will do and getting it set up. Having fun asking random questions. May pick up another one for the back patio and one for the garage.

My first Amazon/Alexa product and I love it. Easily communicates with my NEST, WINK and LIFX bulbs. Very simple to setup. Helps kids with homework questions and is a great companion to the smart home.

I haven’t had these long enough to really rate them. I’m still learning everything they can do.

I was contemplating between this and the full size echo but came to purchase this and used a bluetooth speaker I already owned and it is just as good as the full size for fraction of the price.

My son likes ti play on it and ask educational stuff. Plays amazon songs. Really good speakers.

My wife wanted one of these for a few months so on Black Friday I bought her one, she loves it.

Excellent addition to the bedroom. Best alarm clock​ ever. Recent surgery required schedule for meds and voice control made it so easy. Hook to a nice speaker and set sleep timer at bed time too.

Easy setup and linked to smartthings hub. Speaker not near as good as the regular but adequate.

I felt a little funny talking to a device, but once I became used to that, I cleared one of the three hurdles to total enjoyment! I love making my shopping lists with this, I love listening to Audible books, radio stations, and lots and lots of music, I love setting sleep timers because I like to fall asleep to music but hate it when I wake up to it, and it pairs with my audio system like a dream. The only things I need to complete this relationship - to learn how to get it to not lock it up when I'm trying to find something (unless it's defective, but I don't think so) and I'd like it to access my locally stored files. One more thing...I really, really want the wake word to be "Computer".

So easy to use and setup. My 12 year old set it up with his account but it still works for everyone throughout the house. Also connects to other devices in the house, like the lights and thermostat.

I purchased two for my White Elephant game. They were on sale for $29.99 each. My siblings loved it! They were fighting for it thinking I spent $80. I’m still learning to smart up my house

I bought this for my husband for Christmas. I reviewed product and researched it. He just had surgery so it was a blessing to use a voice activated product to turn a light on or turn to on
