I am completely satisfied as I knew I would be. Just like the Amazon Tap the Echo Dot provides the same function and usefulness. Morning Flash Briefing/Bluetooth makes for a great start to the day.

I don't know how I ever lived without Alexa. My favorite enabled skills are shopping list, news, weather reports, and music. I also like the restaurants near me feature. Def makes my life easier

When I went to buy this, I heard one of the sales people discouraging someone from buying it if they weren't going to buy the full sized Echo with it. The sales guy said that it would be, "Pointless". Untrue. It depends how you intend to use it and the size of your space. For a house, it's too small and not loud enough. For a room, it's perfect because it's so small. Sound quality vs. the larger one is night and day, but if you just want music it'll do the job just fine. Besides, if you REALLY want good sound, you'd have to pair the Echo with an quality system anyway. A little disappointed with the sales guy (for the sake of the person he was talking to)... but happy with the product.

This product is a bit of a disappointment. Its "alexa" is not as responsive as the one on our Echo. In addition, we ordered a white unit and it came with a black cord - strange!! The sound is acceptable, but the main complaint is with the responsiveness of Alexa. Also, when the Echo is playing music, I can't play different music on the dot!!!

We bought this for our daughter, and she loves it. We bought a black one for our son. Works great in their rooms. We were told the speaker wasn’t great, but it is perfect for their room.

I am a senior and stuck at home most of the time. When Alexa came into my home she told jokes and stories. She knows games and the time and weather. She never complains about my cooking!

The Amazon Alexa series is extremely handy when it comes to turning things off such as your television, lights, even the Christmas tree lol.

We LOVE this so much, we've ought more for Christmas gifts! It's not the bigger one, but still great! An absolute must in every house!!!! perfect to get more than one and put them in each room!!!!!

I just love my Amazon Echo so much!!! I have a lot of smart things in my house now and being able to control them both just the sound of my voice is so convenient and awesome

This was my first experience at using something like this, but it was an easy set up and install. Im not very technologically savey but I enjoy this product on a daily basis.

We purchased the Echo2 to be used in our office. We already have an Alexa and now we can connect from the office. Great item for scheduling, listening to music, and getting questions answered.

Use this in my home office to stream music while studying for a certification exam. Sounds quality is great for a smaller office area and the search capabilities provided by Alexa are very handy.

My home does not have light switch. I have place a Echo Dot in each room and now can turn lights on and off either with my audio command or thru the app on my phone.

It's a great supplement to add to an existing stereo system. It's also louder than I anyicipited based on reviews, so depending on your planned use, it could be sufficient as a stand alone device.

We have one in all the rooms the family hangs out, great to set up to turn on and off lights.

We have several of these around the house connected to our Echo Plus. We prefer the sound from the Echo Plus, but these are great for adding devices in additional rooms.

This is the 2nd Dot we have purchased. we use it in the guest room. The Dot helps manage our lights, thermostat and so much more through the alexa home automation skills. Overall excellent product

I like it, wish it was a bit louder but I connect it to a bose soundlink and that fixes that. Sometimes Alexa can't find my answer but the majority of time, especially with music, gets it right. Signed up for Amazon music's 3.99 plan and use the echo primary for general questions a music

I was worried since it did not have a big speaker but it was great for my office. I have all the features of an echo with plenty of volume for my office for a fourth of the full echo price.

It's a good product but if you plan on listening to a lot of music on it, upgrade to the echo
