Enjoying getting my morning news briefing, talk radio and random songs that pop into my head. Alexa also keeps track of my shopping list. Haven't yet tapped in to all that Alexa can do.

The Echo Dot is money well spent. I love it for it's ability to entertain and play music via Bluetooth. The entire family enjoyed it so much we bought one for each of our adult children.

My wife and kids love this, even though they couldn’t figure out how to connect them. I don’t trust these products with listening to our conversations etc. But, it’s pretty cool to ask a question and get an answer or ask for it to play something

Just like the main evho but the speaker is not as good. Best used on the night stand.

internal speakers make it a surprising standalone gadget, understands multiple user's voices, have a smart plug that i use to turn on a light does so without effort, has become second nature to tell it to turn on/off the light, plan on more smart switches for the house

You can do so much with the Amazon dot. Play music, add products to your Amazon cart, and ask Alexa questions about the weather, history, etc. I love Amazon Alexa!

Got some of these for the new home and setting it up to be a smart home has never been easier. Flawlessly joins with wemo and hue light right now! And loving it everyday!

My Amazon echo dot is amazing as my personal calendar, alarm, weather teller, calculator, time teller, and many more! I love waking up to music or unique sounds!

I change my wake-up alarm without opening my eyes. How great is that? and the speakers are better. BUT since I can connect the Dot to a Bose, I really don't care.

I bought this for my daughter for Christmas because she wanted one for her bedroom and it works great for her (she's seven). She ask it more questions than she asks me now. :)

Easy to set up and use the cell phone app. Still learning the various commands. Is very entertaining and will become more and more useful as more supported devices become available.

Great addition to the echo for the bedroom. Nice for setting alarms and turning on and off lights from bed. Surprisingly decent sound, too (even without connecting a Bluetooth speaker).

We use the echo dot to play music. I love being able to tell Alexa to find a genre and she plays. No fumbling through stations to find what I like to listen to.

The only drawback of this item is the speakers, but what do you expect for the price.

From the moment I set my dot Alexa has been a fun addition to our home the kids enjoy her we enjoy her and she has definitely made house hold chores more fun ... I love this product

Why watch the news? Alexa tells me the forecast every morning! Not sure how I ever turned on my own lights before? Sound is okay, Bluetooth to speaker most of the time.

We now have three! My hubby loves these. Only female voice in the house that doesn’t back talk him. He’s added the thermostat, lights and anything blue tooth to it!

I love this product! Very responsive to my voice. I purchased an inexpensive bluetooth speaker to use with it and paired quickly & easily.

Fun and enjoyable new device especially for people who are not just real techy! Extremely easy to use and full of information. Have purchased 6 of these for kids, grandkids and friends.
