Really, for a handy device the echo works nice. This is our4th purchase of an amazon device, first three for our family, this for a gift, and they all work great!

We have theses fun little gadgets througout the house to operate numerous lamps / lights, play music, and entertain the kids. worth the $. Need to pair with an external speaker for sound quality, but it is plenty loud for communications.

Other people told me how great the Amazon Dot is so I decided to take the plunge and try it. It was easy to set up and it is fun to have Alexa do different things for me.

I already had Alexa. I purchased this to place in the bedroom so that I can control the lights etc. from The bedroom . The Dot works great! It is an excellent addition to Alexa!

I have two Echo Dots and they are great. They are small and easy to take with you when traveling. I use the Echo Dots in my daughter's bedrooms. They are perfect for a bedroom.

I use Alexa a lot. It is handy for asking questions, setting timers, using the plug I purchased at the same time to turn on or off whatever is plugged in. It can be fun too.

We have two dots and two full size. We use it from light controls to the thermostat and not to mention music+ a sound machine when we sleep. Fantastic product that is always improving!

Absolutely brilliant, easy to set up, easy to use. Grandson loves asking Alexa to help with his homework! Together with Prime music provides another musical dimension to the home.

Overall a very good product, however does require improvements on voice recognition

Was wondering if I would ever use Alexa and didn't want the big ticket price. Have had so much fun learning what she can do. Been a blast. Have it in multiple rooms! Love my Echo Dot!

Brought this for my sister. It works great. She really love it. I went out and brought me one also. I hope Best Buy stack up on these now, because they ran out just before Christmas. The price was good also, hope they offer the price again. I will be buying more for gifts

I wanted to be able to listen to music in my basement and the Dot does the job very well. I connected it to my audio system and completed the setup in less than 5 minutes.

We got this Echo dot for our house coolest thing we could have ever gotten does everything for us including changing channels on our TV awesome product I would highly recommend it
