Purchased for my sister as a gift and she loves it. It's very compact and easy to take on the go of you're someone that travels frequently. It's definitely worth every penny spent.

Great at playing music and answering general questions. Haven't really played with it enough to see it's potential. Need to get wireless speaker to obtain a better sound for music.

I would recommend for smaller rooms as the speaker is not as loud as the full version but its functionality is the same as the Echo and still loud enough for listening in same room

The Echo Dot is a great little machine to assist you in finding quick answers to questions. It sinks up with your Pandora. It tells you the forecast for the day. It is awesome.

Easy to setup and works flawlessly. If it only played music and worked as an alarm clock it would be a great deal, but it does so much more than that. Buy it and see for yourself.

This is an incredible product for those that need the set up to be very simple and easy. You can connect many different things to this product that the set up is very easy as well.

Wanted to try this out to get a feel for how it worked before I invested in any of the larger amazon devices and definitely love it! Perfect size for our travel trailer.

The Echo dot is quick to set up, intuitive, and useful. I have used it as a hub for my lighting and wall plugs in my home, but probably my favorite thing to do is play Jeopardy :)

So this Gen2 dot was at a great price .. I have it plugged into a better speaker as part of our whole home speaker system .. still does the job I need it to do and I’m a fan of the Alexa system.. 4 stars only because it’s the older version

This is my second one and I bought one for my girlfriend as well.....the echo is just so convenient to ask simple things, or to have play music thru my bluetooth speaker!

I mostly use it to play music and change the channel on dish network's Hopper3. OK speaker. For better sound you can connect a separate speaker by bluetooth or with aux cable.

My son gave me an Echo Dot for x-mas and had it in the bedroom. Liked it so much and it worked so well, I bought this one for the downstairs living room. Love it and use it daily.

The Echo Dot plays music from Amazon Prime based on what I request, tells me the weather, answers questions and tells jokes. Very fun product, especially if you want to be lazy.

Our Dot has been a great way of starting a smart home. It took some more work for smart switches and hub, and now a smart thermostat a great way to learn the "ends and outs".

We love our Alexa’s they are in every room, this one was for my husband and he loves it. Uses it for everything from morning traffic to just asking questions.

I use my Echo Dot in my kitchen to play music, set timers and look up things for me. Very helpful when you don't have hands available. And it is fun just to mess around with too!
