This thing is great. No problem so far.. A++ Black is probably better though.

This was purchased as a gift for my father. He has more than one and loves it.

I bought my 2nd Echo Dot at Best Buy, along with the Echo. I have a Dot in my office and my bedroom and the Echo in the living room. Everything is easy to set up and you can control all of the devices using the Alexa app and have different settings for each of your Echo devices. The speaker on the Echo Dot isn't as great as the Echo but you still get a good sound from the Dot. I like using one of the sleep sound skills at night on my bedroom Dot. If you're wanting to see the benefits of having an Echo device in your home without spending a lot of money, start off with buying an Echo Dot. You'll be amazed:-)

Bought this as a gift for my cousin and her spouse. Really all they use it for is to listen to music. But they love it and are having a blast with it!

Another great product from Amazon. Easy to setup and integrates with all of my smart devices. Asking for the weather or to play my favorite music, it can do anything.

We have this in our nursery and let it play classical music at night while our baby is asleep. We love it. We have it synced to other Echo devices throughout our home

The Amazon Echo has been a welcome addition in our home. We utilize it for whole house music, lighting (with Philips Hue) and television functions (with Philips Hub).

I love the echo dot because it is small and can be placed anywhere. I have other echo products and the dot is equally reliable and responds to verbal request quickly.

I got the Dot mainly to speak to my HUE light bulbs. It turns out it's quicker just to use my phone and now I use the dot for weather updates and Spotify. Works well enough – just don't really use it much after the novelty has worn off. Great for the price though.

After seeing the capabilities of the Echo, I bought the Echo Dot to expand the system to our bedroom. I plan on buying more of the Echo Dots for other areas of the house.

My favorite is being able to tell it to play songs from a certain artist. Works great with the weather and I'm finding new things every day that you can have the echo dot do.

This is great! I can now just ask Alexa to play a song and she will usually find it. Another great thing is the Jeopardy game that you can play once a day with 6 new questions.

Alexa does it all (except connect to speakers well). I love my Alexa echo dot.

Excellent little box - got as part of a bundle deal when buying my Netgear Orbi. Great little device - small speaker is ok for low volume radio listening. Only downside would be if you have a power failure Alexa will wake you up complaining of no internet...

Bought as a gift for my dad and he loves it. It takes a while to set up but once you figure it out it's pretty cool( hints the title) plan on buying myself one soon !

I have 3 Alexas. I love them. I like it for music, to answer questions, as an alarm etc.. I'm not afraid people are listening in on my conversations.

I got the echo dot for a Christmas present, so I'm still learning about it. Love the features of being able to talk to it and get a response. Very handy at playing your music.

I LOVE my Dot! It gives me the weather first thing in the morning, plays my favorite music, answers questions for me on just about any subject, and even plays Jeopardy for me!

What an inexpensive way to have the internet always available to you. Fun that Alexa has games, trivia and music too - amongst many other things.
