I like this little gadget but wish it was a little simpler to hook up

Sound isn't great, but a lot of good features makes it worth the buy.

Bought this for my wife for Mother's Day and she feel in love with it. Likes the fact she has her own speaker and can help her out with things around the house.

Not a bad little voice assistant. Great to be used with other speaker.

Fun product and it works for you too. You can do a lot with this product. You can turn the lights on and off, the TV on and off. You can play games. You can set a timer. I haven't even begun to figure out everything this little Dot will do.

This was my 2nd echo. Using it for the 2nd floor. I was surprised to know that there is actually a small speaker inside. It's usefully even w/o an external speaker

Bought this to to pair with small stereo in our kitchen. Low cost and small footprint, but excellent sound and convenient. Timer function is very useful.

Dot works really well and has many skills, too many to remember. Speakers are exceptional for such a small device. Hard for Alexa to hear you when music or sounds are loud. Have to say "Alexa" several times. Overall I would say exceptional.

I have the Ecco Plus and this made a great addition to put in the kids rooms. Allows us to communicate and it works as an alarm for them. Would recommend

Works with Arlo Camera, WEMO devices, play music from the built in speaker, stream to a BT higher end speaker. Ask it general questions, it'll give you an answer.

I honestly don't know how I got along without it. It is my light switch, alarm clock, music player, newscaster, weather forecaster and more. A really good product.

This is the second unit I purchased. This one for for my daughter. Whole family loves it. We use it to play music, ask questions, control lights and much more.

I listen to music through the Echo Dot every morning. Alexa understands commands well and gives useful information.

Extremely easy to setup - simply plug and play. It has been our new source for music, news and other random trivia.

I was a little hesitant in purchasing the Echo Dot because of its size, however, I have not been disappointed! I love how I can give it commands to play music.

I love that Alexa answers questions and plays just about any music you want to listen to. My kids have used our echo dot to help with homework questions.

While fun, it really hasn't enhanced my home automation. The Echo dot has some fun skills and when it hears you correctly - handles the lighting, temp., etc. However, playing music through Sonos, even after the update - is cumbersome. I find myself using the Wink and Sonos apps more than Alexa.

I bought this as a gift for my father in law. He really loved it. The price was right and it was a great way to introduce him into this technology. I liked the option of the white. It changes it up a bit, instead of the standard black.

Bought this for my father's sound system he has in his office. While it does a fine job of bringing up his favorite songs on demand. The echo dot has many shortcoming, but it's excellent voice recognition software and +, exceeds many expectations.
