I love my echo Dot. very small and kind of out of sight. Does have some little issues not understanding sometimes, however over all is a great product.

Already owned the Dot, so when went on sale decided to get as a Grinch style Pollyanna gift as it fell into the price range. Went over well.

This is a winner. I actually own 3 of them spread throughout my house. Used mainly to control my lighting but has also proven fun and useful for other things..

Works great with my Bose Bluetooth speaker ! Fun asking questions and for playing music. Also used with plug for Christmas lights to put on a schedule.

Each of the kids enjoy using their Echo dots for music and various other things. Great Price. The only thing is if you have someone named Alexis in your house, the Echo dot may think you are asking a question!!!! :)

Makes a great stocking stuffers for anyone! So easy and fun to use!

Echo is a solid addition to my smart home. Easy set up within the Alexa app on my smart phone. Tons of "skills" to integrate with my smart home.

This little dot does so much for its size, I use it for news, weather, turning lights on and off, and Alexa will even tell you a joke. Great device for any home.

There are a few main things I use the Echo Dot for; Hue Lights Native Shopping/ToDo List (Be sure to use ITTT to send it to your phone) Timers/Alarms Daily Weather forcast This alone makes it worth its cost. While the 'Skills' can be iffy and at times hard to use, I see a lot of potential here and some are down right useful. While it can search for answers on the web, the more obscure your question the harder it is to get the right (if any) answer. Currently there are better (google) products for this. Over all its a good device for the cost.

Why did I purchase the Echo,when this is just as good and can be placed anywhere and 1/5 the size. I'm going to purchase another one for my bedroom. Love it!

Love the Echo Dot. Using it multiple rooms of the house. Hook up existing speaker to it and gives great sound. Alone it does not have excellent sound.

I got it from the Black Friday Sale.... So far I like it very much.

I purchased this for my 14 year old grandson along with an electric outlet for it. He is having fun with it and says it was easy to hook up.

This small item packs a big punch. Nice to have it help control various items while also be able to roast anyone. Great item, you will not be disappointed.

Comparing the Amazon to the Google version the Amazon has a much better microphone and much better software for voice recognition the sound is amazing.

We enjoy Alexa’s features but especially enjoy the add to the shopping list feature which makes shopping so much easier buying groceries.Great product

I bought this Amazon Echo Dot & love using voice commands to listen to music, check the time, weather, and use for meditation and productivity tasks!

I use the Dot for simple tasks mostly - current weather, news, music. If I’m in the mood for a corny joke, Dot has those too. There are other things Dot can be used for but with “smart” devices but I’ve yet to try any.

Echo is pretty sweet. My only complaint is the speaker isn't great.
