Less robust speaker than full-sized echo, but surprisingly good. Love the “drop in” feature that lets us connect rooms like an intercom.

Loved this. Bought this for myself first then gave it to my son. He loves it for his room to hear his music . Perfect size for a good sized bedroom.

The Echo Dot has connectability to my current Stereo System unlike My Amazon (full size) Echo. This feature is exactly what the doctor ordered. Playing Music on demand allows me to satisfy the entire family's varied tastes. Excellent Product.

I knew this would be of lower sound quality than the normal Echo I have, but it’s barely noticeable. I’m able to do everything I was before in a smaller area. All of our rooms will soon be outfitted with these!

I love my Amazon Echo and use it as a personal assistant. Every Friday I look forward to receiving an email of new things I can do with my Echo Dot.

I'm not controlling devices with the dot, just random questions. Voice recognition work fairly well. I'm still learning but initial impression is that Alexa will not understand questions that Google does understand. Still a fun little dot.

Have an Echo, added the Dot for another location. Works as expected. I added an inexpensive Bluetooth speaker for better sounding music. Wonderful purchase.

Great as an add-on or stand-alone! I bought 2! One is in my office and the other in my bedroom. The Dot is perfect for a wake up call and quick look ahead to the day's agenda for me. I listen to it as I'm getting ready for work.

My son loves his Echo. He does the question of the day and the Geography quizes. Instead of asking me what a word means or how to spell it, he asks Echo.

First of all, I’m an Apple household ad His was the first Alexa device added. It works great. I have the audio output connected to a Bose wave radio. This makes all the difference in the sound quality. Even Alexa sounds better!

My family and I use this daily to check the weather, play music and help us sleep with the ocean waves skill. Will be getting more for each room!
