Love the Amazon Echo Dot

Provides excellent sound and very responsive

Simple to use

Great technology

The only negative is the sound quality is only ok . Fine for a small room but if you use it to listen to music in a large room a Bluetooth speaker is recommended

With ease of use and interoperability, I can now voice control my TV, Rumba, lights, etc. Not to mention set multiple convenient kitchen timers and get news and weather.
