I love the 2nd generation Alexa until the 3rd generation came out then I ordered me a replacement

I am still exploring all the options involved with the Amazon Dot (and for Echo for that matter). It interacts easily with the Echo and provides an inexpensive means of widening the use of the Echo throughout your home

I got this for my mother on her birthday so she could let it read her books and to just play with. After setting up I found myself having a lot of fun with it, asking jokes, getting the temp, and just off the wall questions. Now I got to have one for myself. The only thing that is a draw back is that I got to phrase the questions just right so that the echo knows what I'm asking. Once get over that, it's simple and a lot of fun. Set up was semi quick. The problem I had was getting the speaker to work which had nothing to do with the echo.

I have four dots and on big echo. I love these. Honestly i probably use them for music more than anything else, but i love being able to get info at my finger tips or use them as an intercom thoughout my house. Wish each device could be in more than one group...when playing music i play it on my “everywhere” network, but the. I can’t set up an “upstairs” and “downstairs” using the same dots/devices as they are already on my “everywhere” group. Small complaint, but would love it to be addressed!

This product is just as it claims. Alexa provides hours of jokes and can give us info on almost everything we ask her.

I got this for my son as a birthday gift. He absolutely loves. It's now an everyday part of his life. I'm thinking of buying one for myself.

Absolutely great and helpful Answers questions. Can get the weather Hooked to light bulb and light will go on and off on command.

item is a great addition for other rooms in a multi-floor home. And, the family members can listen to their fav music.

First got a google home but then tried echo dot. I like it better as it seems more functional with the amazon services that I have.

The echo's speaker is perfect for a bedroom area. It is connected to turn off light in ceiling and lamp at bedside. This product is awesome!
