I bought this for my Dad for Christmas, and my Son loves to play with it very kid friendly and easy to use! I plan to buy one for myself!

The music sounds great and plays so many different kinds of music --we have lights on smart plugs and they work great with Amazon Echo/Dot.

I am by no means tech savvy . I'm 50 and with failing vision and a knack for losing my glasses I discovered this little gadget while desperately searching for the Bible on audio ! And voila! my prayers were answered. All I have to do meow is say " echo read my book " and I can hear the Bible right where I left off , being read by my favorite actors all thru my apartment. Since then I've found many other uses for my echo, but this us my favorite feature. Love it , get yourself one snd see for yourself :) signed , one happy granny !

Enjoy having Echo in the house decided to get the Echo Dot for downstairs. Also purchased another unit for a Christmas gift for another party. They received the Google thing also, but we will see what they like better.

The Echo has turned out to be a lot of fun. Set up leaves a bit to be desired, but that smoothed out. Should be getting better all the time.

This is a pretty good start up speaker. I didn't think I would have ever used ALEXA until I bought this little ECHO.

The Echo Dot is awesome, especially at $40 or $50. You cannot beat that price for such a great product. But I had to choose a side and I went with the Google Home. The Echo Dot is still a great product for many people.

Sound is a little weak, but that should be expected.

I own a few Echo devices; however, this is my first dot. Like its sibling products, the setup is very simple. The sound quality is about as good as one would expect for a device of this size.

Works great to yell out your favorite song that pops into your head or to answer useless trivia questions! Only negative is that it will prematurely turn on occasionally.

This product is highly accurate on voice commands compared to competitors! Excited to see what the next generation of products will be like!

This item can do things a $700 cell phone can not do. People who can not talk to their phone can talk to this gadget and it understands them

Alexa has been a great addition to our home. Kitchen timers, family calendar, shopping list, music, yada yada yada it's all very functional.

These are great little devices to have around the house! Speaker is just find for a small room or you can always link to a stereo system.

It's ok. Not as used as I would like it to be. Is a great speaker when needing music played but not wanting a super loud speaker with heavy bass (like our beats pill). So there's a main use for the house hold there
