We didn't think we would need a dot because we had an echo. It works so well we have a dot in each room.

Works as described. The speaker on it is a lot louder than I thought. I discovered connect it to Bluetooth speaker to play music.

Great for daily updates and weather reports in the morning! Plus being able to pull Spotify music up and play is a bonus!

Having a wonderful time with my Echo. There is so much more than just music. I learn something new every day. Really enjoying it!

Never thought I would use the Echo Dot 2 as much as I have. It is great to find quick answers to a wide variety of questions.

It was very easy for my wife to learn how to give Alexa voice commands. Alexa was able to answer most questions. My wife asks her to play soothing sounds at night to help my wife fall asleep.

Echo.is not only good for play music and answering questions but it's also very good for controlling thermostats and lighting

This is a great way to wake up. It will also control the hue lights, and read the news. Oh yeah, it does a stuff ton other things.

Ok, it wont get me a beer, but it can do a lot of nifty stuff. I have it controlling lights. I can yell "Computer, Light One On", and the light comes on! Amazing. It can also tell bad jokes.

This is something I wish was purchased long time ago going to buy another one because my daughter took this one! Love it

I got a couple of these as a birthday present. I was skeptical about how much I would use them but have been pretty impressed. Being able to just ask the dot to play music has been great and I love the drop in function that acts as an intercom. I would rate it 4.5 stars because I find that it won't play a lot of the songs I ask it to play. It will give a sample of the song but won't play the whole song. This is a little bit frustrating. I have since bought a couple more of these.

I stream music, set up alarms, play games and ask questions. A unique and very inexpensive product. Couldn't be happier with it.

Great product for all ages..speaker needs to a little louder that's why I didn't give 5 stars. I bought my dad the Google version n loved the loudness of the speaker..great product though

I purchased the echo dot for the family and we love it. I'd recommend it for news, entertainment and music. Easy and convenient.

We now have Alexa in the kitchen, echo dot in the basement and echo dot upstairs. Access to all your questions on any floor!

Fun little item, I connected to Hue, Nest, & Bose sound system ( Bluetooth). Can order stuff if you have amazon prime connected.

Love how you can ask Alexa anything and she can always find an answer. She will play any music you ask her too!

Alexa is great, she tells jokes, traffic updates, changes the thermostat, plays music... literally its like having an assistant!
