We used it in the bathroom as an individual unit. Liked it. Got it working with the main Echo and like it better.

The Echo Dot sits on our fridge in the kitchen. It's become a handy gadget in that part of our home. "Alexa, set a timer for 5 minutes. Alexa, what's the news update? Alexa, what's the weather today?"...and so on and so forth. Even our kids from ages 3 to 9 get in on the action and it's fun for them. Teamed with Amazon Prime they can even ask Alexa to play their favorite songs while eating breakfast. I just might need to pick up a few more to spread around the house.

I love my Alex it's easy to use and works greta with everything....just ask any question and she answers.

It was very easy to set it up and use like internet searches but by voice. Very effective for weather forecast.

I purchased the Echo Dot for Christmas. It is perfect size for the bedroom and connected quickly and easily with my phone.

I have a regular Alexa, but I purchased the dot for my bedroom. She will play music or use as an alarm. So I don't have to worry about a blinking clock if the power goes out and back on later

My family and i like our new Echo Dot. We have two of them and use them with different names. Plenty of room for growth.

The Echo Dot is easy to set up and great fun. There is so much to do with it and Amazon adds new skills regularly.

I love my Alexa echo. She is on point for everything I need and ask her to do. I love how I can call people on it.

My sister and I both have one. We can call each other, order through Amazon Prime, and listen to music. I live it!

I was hesitant in buying this at first for fear I wouldn't use it. I use my echo dot more than I ever thought I would.

I love all things Amazon, but this takes a lot of time and effort to set this up to get the results you want. I wanted an Echo, but everywhere I could buy one was sold out, including Amazon. This is what I settled for. After my excitement to give Alexa the request to give me the weather, let me know what's on my calendar for the day....she was ALL wrong ALL of the time. Come to find out, there are other components that I need to download in order for this to work. Maybe one day I'll find the time to sit and get everything together to get this to work for me.

Kids are asking Alexa questions every day. Now I have to look into buying things that are compatible with it to control different things in the house. Has me looking for "Alexa" compatible things.

I like the convenience of using voice commands to ask questions, play music and control equipped devices.
