Very convenient product. I used it to control my light switches instead of getting out of bed.

Bought this to see what the capabilities of Alexa were. Within a week I had purchased a second Dot for myself in addition to 3 more as gifts for my entire family. I find myself talking to Alexa all the time: weather updates, playing music, setting an alarm, miscellaneous questions I don't know the answer to, even operating my TV. My only complaint is that, occasionally, Alexa will pick up "commands" from conversations or from the TV. Great product, I highly recommend.

Been using it as an intercom and has been the cheapest and most user friendly for my house.

This is my 4th echo dot. These are great. Does everything I want. Want to get an echo show next.

Really affordable way to get the convenience of Alexa in an extra room. Not good sound for music but perfectly fine for all the other stuff. And it’s small.

Was an impulse buy for my fiance, and we love it! It was only $40 at the time, but even for $50 it's worth it. You can connect it to Pandora or Spotify, ask about the weather, find out interesting facts or news, and even set timers and alarms. The speaker on this model is pretty basic, similar to an AM radio, but it will pair with a bluetooth speaker or sound-system if you want. Perfect for controlling your music and asking questions and setting timers in the kitchen.

First time purchase of a smart device like this. Very pleased with all it does. Highly recommended!

Got this for my dad for Christmas and he could not be happier. For the price, this really is a great deal.

The DOT is a great extension of the Echo. Even if used as a separate device, setup and ease of use is awesome!

Love the fact that you can plug your speakers to the Echo dot, which makes it much louder when your playing music.

This is great for the whole family. I’m able to turn on lights before I even walk into a dark room.

Love Alexa -I have a few medical issues & she is just such a help with turning lights on/off. Now I'm learning a few new "skills"-nice to say good night & Have her wish me a good night (I live alone), good morning & get an interesting fact (or 1 cold morning she told me to snuggle & get warm & she would tell me a cold weather story). Next up I want to get an Echo Connect (Best Buy doesn't seem to have this yet-may have to order direct from Amazon

This is a great device to have at home. It can play music, control your thermostat, you r TV and much more...

We really like the device and use it daily for weather , news and music. Alexa has become a member of the family.
