Alexa controls my lights, hvac, TV, cameras... It's lovely not touching everything or looking for remotes.

Gave to my son who already had hue bulbs. He loves to ability to voice control his lights. Easy to set up.

While the speaker quality is not nearly as good as with the Echo, this can be hooked up to higher quality speakers if desired. Great as an addition in a different room of the house.

Bought for the bedroom and bluetooth to speaker. Bluetooth speakers stays on, so the Dot is always connected.

Works just as well as the bigger Echo, but the sound isn't great. If you plan on listening to music get either the bigger Echo or the newer generation.

Got this for my dad for Christmas and he could not be happier. For the price, this really is a great deal.

Better priced than Echo. Speaker is still decent with option to hook it up regular speakers. Sometimes Alexa gets confused but otherwise works well. It is the 4th one bought for home.

Love Alexa -I have a few medical issues & she is just such a help with turning lights on/off. Now I'm learning a few new "skills"-nice to say good night & Have her wish me a good night (I live alone), good morning & get an interesting fact (or 1 cold morning she told me to snuggle & get warm & she would tell me a cold weather story). Next up I want to get an Echo Connect (Best Buy doesn't seem to have this yet-may have to order direct from Amazon

You can almostask Alexa anything. From tell me a joke, to set an alarm, make a grocery list. It's pretty amazing.

Bought this item for my grandson's birthday gift (8)....he loves it. Of all the gifts, this one was a hit.

I bought two Echo's and one Dot and love all of them. They are easy to setup and fun to use. Great price too!

This is the second Echo Dot for our household. The first I got last year as a Christmas present. We LOVE it. We use it to stream music from our playlists, to set timers, to ask questions and about the weather, and especially for the shopping list. My kids can add stuff to the list while I'm at the store and my list in the Alexa App updates to show it! I really think that was my (personal) favorite feature with ONE Dot.
