I already have an Echo. I wanted the Echo Dot for the bedroom to use as an alarm clock and to help me fall asleep at night. It is perfect for what I needed. I've enjoyed being awakened by music of my choice instead of the tones available on my cell phone. There are so many skills available on the Alexa app. I've tried a few and settled on one that has numerous sounds to help me sleep. This is better than any other methods and apps I have tried.

My Alexa was easy to setup and connect to the Internet. It responds well from a distance with no lag in response.

Bought this to integrate this with my smart home. I can turn on and off my lights without getting up from my couch to the light switch 8ft away. Thanks Alexa, I just got a little lazier! Actually, I'm really happy with getting the Dot but just remember it doesn't have a loud speaker so you'll need to get an external bluetooth or wired speaker for it if you plan on using it for parties. Haven't figured out how to get it to work with my Google play music account yet.

I bought it while on sale for a stocking during Christmas. I already own two Harmon Kardon speakers. That being said this little speaker works great and we’ve loved using it.

We all love and use it daily!!! Answering questions and playing music is what it’s used for the most.

This amazon echo do is awesome. I purchased it for my kids and they have it running almost none stop!

I love my Alexa. It plays my music and is so much more clear than Siri. It understands so many questions!
