LOVE IT! is so fun, is gonna make you a little lazy (er) but makes the house feel very high tech.

Speaker is mediocre however you can hook up an external speaker, I use the Beats and it works great! The Dot is a must if you use Alexa to control lights and HVAC.

Very pleased with purchase. Put it in a Vaux speaker which makes it sound great. Would buy again.

I have enjoyed my amazon echo dot so far. I haven't begun to use it to its full capability yet as I have yet to move but I look forward to unleashing it very soon.

The dot is super handy and easy to use. I bought it to use in the bathroom and it is perfect!

Compact size and easy set-up. Fun to use... only negative is wall adapters are too deep by the time you ad a lamp plug, etc. to put behind furniture.

Love the Echo dot. My only complaint is the speakers. Very poor quality for listening to music. I was able to resolve this problem by buying Blue tooth speakers. Now, I only have to take the speaker to the room where I want to listen to my favorite songs. The Echo Dot and the Bluetooth speaker purchased separately were still a better deal financially than purchasing the larger version (with the speaker included in the same housing unit). I own a BOSE radio but could not connect the BOSE system using a speaker cord. For some reason, the wireless Bluetooth speaker was my only option with the Dot.

I love love love this. In fact I’ve got three in my house. They’re great for information such as weather forecasts and time of day and simple questions like that. But they also do intercom‘s throughout the house. They along with my home hub control lights, locks, and many more items in my house. I can’t imagine not having an Echo Dot and Alexa in my home.

The echo dot is such a unique item, and has proven to be very useful. I am glad I made this purchase.

Easy to install and so much to use. This is the second one i have ourchased and I will buy again.

Works great with my Zwave switches, SmartThings hub, and Bluetooth speaker. Easy to set up and use.

I have my Echo for my kitchen, and i bought this to be placed in my bedroom. This thing hooks up with my Bose bluetooth speaker and works perfectly. As i have posted with my other review, this thing has so much potential and i like it how it integrates with my smarthome. I can turn on the lights from my bedroom when i plan to go to the main level and then turn it off when i get back to bed. Excellent purchase and highly recommendable.

I have kids in my house, so I am not willing to attach this to my amazon account. I have not figured out how to control the lights, etc. yet but that is a cool option.

Yes it controls my Hue lights, yes it plays music. But, at only $50 it’s just a heck of a lot of fun. Alexa is a hoot! Enjoy exploring the stuff she can do...

This Echo Dot is a perfect companion to the bigger Echo. I keep this one in my room and use it thee.
